We just purchased the unit and plan to remodel in 2025, so think of it as a throwback to a simpler time—perfect for those looking for something basic, nostalgic, and unpolished.

Please note, the condo is very "primitive" at the moment, with just water and electricity functioning in addition to the AC of course. We’re keeping it simple, so you’ll need to bring your own towels and dishes. The beds include a queen in the master on a small bed frame and a queen mattress on the floor in the guest room. The mattresses and sheets are basic but brand new, so you'll have a clean place to sleep even in this retro space. There is also stove, fridge and microwave
