The room was very hot, but I don't like air conditioning, so I wanted to open the window. However, my window could not be opened in my room. That's why I went to the reception for information. Windows cannot be opened in rooms. But they came out to meet me and moved me to a room on the higher floor. The new room was much smaller, but the window could be opened there. I liked that the staff had registered and moved me to another room.
