I've stayed in this hotel before so I knew in advance what I was booking. I particularly like it's location due to it's proximity to the Shin-Osaka station, which saves a lot of time when you arrive or depart the city or just go on a daytrip from Osaka and back like I did. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and you have your privacy. Just don't expect nice views (the hotel is surrounded by blocks) or too much space. It covers all the basic needs for a solo travel so I would always check in here when/if I'm in Osaka again!

駅から近かった。3人で泊まったので、ベッドが一台増えた分、部屋は若干狭く感じましたが、清潔で、トイレ、お風呂も清潔でした。

Good size room, even had a desk for making plans. Near Shin-Osaka station which is not the main station, look for Osaka Station. Take your own coffee. Close to shops and sight seeing. Look for back street food places. Shampoo and conditioner provided.

The staff upgraded our room to a little larger room, which was a happy surprise for us, of course. The room is clean, plenty of amenity is provided, and the staff is very kind.

The hotel is so near the station. It's actually at the back but there's a back entrance, with a nearby convenience store.
The room is quite big with a generous amount of towels and slippers.
We really liked the shampoo and conditioner they have. I wonder what brand that was.
The shower area is elevated so you have to be careful lest you slip. There were also stains on the bathroom door which need to be cleaned.

The staff were polite, they clean your room every other day, good WiFi, and Shin-Osaka station is right across the street.
We booked a smoking room, so the smell of smoke is too be expected. However the scent was quite present even in the bed sheets. Another thing to note is they require you to return your key to the front desk every time you leave the hotel which I thought was a little odd. They say it's for security reasons and they supposedly lock the building past midnight, so you will have to call them to let you in if you come past that time.

Excellent location and service.
Toilet has a very high step. Dangerous for elderly and people with mobility issues. The step was so high I was worried I'd twist my leg if I wasn't careful. Inaccessible for people who are wheelchair bound due to toilet step and size of the room.

The location was very good. Just a very short walk across the shin osaka station. Many good options at the train station. The family room was also very comfortable for 4 pax and luggages. Beds could actually fit 6 pax.

we stays for three nights.
First it was 2nights then we left our suitcases and return a day after to stay one more night. we went to collect our suitcases only to find that they were already in our room.
