Owner was fantastic easy to get a hold of perfect location for Nashville great neighborhood

As a first time VRBO renter, was nervous at first, my son’s wedding was in Ashland City and this was close to his venue. But this stay was absolutely wonderful. Chris met us at the property gave us a tour and went over things so thoroughly leaving us feeling at home and with no questions to ask. We had a group of 6 staying here and the home was very spacious and never felt on top of each other. Chris has thought of any and all amenities for a great stay. Conveniently located to many things, Walmart, airport and downtown Nashville (a few trips were made). Overall an excellent stay. Thank you Chris for making this wedding weekend wonderful.

My family of 5 needed a place to stay in the Nashville area for about a week, as we were moving our son into his freshman year at Belmont University. We had a delightful stay at Chris' home. From the moment we arrived, Chris showed himself to be a kind and gracious host -- caring not only about his home, but about us as his guests as well. The home matched the online listing perfectly -- it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and provided everything that we needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed making memories playing pool, singing karaoke, and hanging out in the wonderful hot tub! It was a pleasure renting from Chris, and I would definitely consider renting from him again if we find ourselves needing a space in the Nashville area again some day.

We loved this house & the location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood outside of Nashville. We were close enough to do what we wanted in downtown Nashville, but far enough away to feel like we were in the country. The house is well kept & spacious. We loved the pool table & other amenities. Chris does a phenomenal job of answering any questions or handling concerns. He really goes above & beyond to make sure your stay is a great one. This will be our first choice any time we are back in this area.

Chris met us at the house and showed us around. He told us about the amenities and answered all of our questions. He was super friendly. The house is plenty large and fit our family of 7 nicely. It is on a quiet street, in a nice neighborhood.

We felt at home in the house and the host was very accommodating. He addressed our concerns immediately and resolved our issues. Loved the Hot Tub. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay.

The house was just as advertised. Chris met us at the house upon arrival to show us around & make sure everything was acceptable. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Chris again.

Came here for bachelor party trip, I stayed in master bedroom and I received over 25 bed bug bites during the stay, contacted the owner after arriving home and he did nothing to accommodate for this, he said he got an inspection and everything was good but no regard for the bed bug bites I received.. very clean house but would steer clear of the master bedroom

This home is in a quiet neighborhood on a small cul-de-sac. Chris was great to work with and he was quick to answer any questions we had and was very hospitable. We had a great time and the hot tub was nice!

This house had everything we were needed and more. Spent ours days exploring the sights then returned to cook dinner and relax in the hot tub. Chris greeted us when we arrived, tour the house with us and answered all our questions. He even provided tips on sights, restaurants and Downtown Nashville. Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry we just a short drive away. Would rent this property again

Chris is an amazing host! Very attentive and thorough. The house was very clean. The fridge had a wide selection of condiments. There was also all the toiletries and cleaning supplies. Very easy drive to Broadway, usually 20 min. Great location. There’s a Walmart a couple miles from the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Chris was really friendly and helpful and made everything about the trip run smooth. He met us at the house and gave us a tour and even checked on us halfway through to see if we needed anything. The house was immaculate and had tons of amenities. We had 5 girls there and had plenty of room with lots of room to spare. Beds were comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay again!!

We had a terrific time relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the quiet. Chris was a wonderful host and very communicative! The house was very clean and well maintained and you can definitely tell he works hard to keep it this way. We will be back sometime in the future for sure as it's a close drive to everything in Nashville! Thanks for a great time!

This home was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Hot tub was just as all others said- fantastic. Lots of space to hang out and chill. Located outside the traffic and hustle of downtown but close enough to be in the center of Music City easily. Ashland City had cute boutiques to also check out. Highly recommend! Owner Chris was helpful and responded quickly and also checked in on us!

This was our second stay at this home. Enjoyed it very much and nice location.

The house was just right for our Group. It was far enough from downtown to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country but close enough to downtown that an Uber didn’t break the bank. The hot tub was so nice especially after all the walking and exploring our group did each day. The owner checked on us regularly and made us feel very welcome.

Loved the location because it was very close to stores and food places. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very much like us being at home. My kids could play and I didn't have to be scared to let them be kids.
