Some people at the front desk were not too kind

Location to Broadway and restaurants couldn't be better!

It would be nice if Breakfast lasted until 11:00. There was no store or vending machines. I was under the impression that we would have one at the hotel. Night staff at the desk was not friendly when we asked how we could get food or water when we returned to the hotel at night.

We booked this hotel on referral and friends past experience We were not notified that lobby area was under construction/ remodel Breakfast was a disappointed the first morning, we never returned Not enough seating, food items ran out, inconveniences with so many rooms The staff tried their best We would have stayed elsewhere had we known

The location

The fact that customers had to pay for parking when the key cards wouldn’t work. It was an inconvenience entering and exiting the garage. We were late to a reservation because we had to call for someone to exit the garage. Customer satisfaction should be supported! We called for towels in room 911 we waited an hour and had to call for more. Finally we had to got and get the towels.

It was super close to the venue we were in town for ( across the street ). Our room was located on the 5th floor directly across from the pool which the kids loved! The complimentary breakfast was great and the staff was pleasant and very helpful.

We had no complaints about our stay. Everything was top notch.

When we got into our room we went to put some sodas in the refrigerator and it was full of someone else's unfinished food and drinks. When we went to take a shower there was no soap in the soap dispenser.

The pool was closed and we were not informed when we requested (and paid for) early check in. That being said, we asked for and received free parking for the inconvenience.

The room was clean. The bed was great. It was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic. Our visit only lasted 2 days. We got up the first morning, had your breakfast, just awesome. The waffles were cold but everything else was delicious. So we were gone for the day sightseeing only to come back to find the cleaning service made the beds, gave us new towels and took trash. I thought that was great. That is old school. With labor costs, you just don't see that commitment to housekeeping. The location was fantastic. Our first time to Nashville. Your location was close walking to Broadway,the bus tours, Johnny Cash museum, Dollar General and GooGoo Cluster. Awesome!

Checking in was not pleasant. We arrived early. Tried to check-in. Computers were down. They took my number and said I would get a message when the room was ready.Great! We came back at 3pm. No message, Asked if we received message , told computers still down. So we sit in lobby in plain view of the front desk.. People start arriving around 330. They were were being checked in no problem . Never did get a message. No one came over to say I could check-in . I go over at 350 and they check me in, no mention about computers. Then when I am check-out, I ask if they could change a 10. No cash in drawer and the clerk says I can go over to the bar and get change. Which was just around the corner. However, another person that looked like a manager , stepped in and went to the bar for me to get the change. That was great customer service. I was the only one checking out at the time and it was the nightshift person that just brushed me off.

our bathroom was dirty. so much dust, dirt, what looked like mold all in the outlets and light switch of our bathroom.

The convenience to downtown Nashville.

They had no laundry room for guests. Only very expensive "Laundry Service".

The breakfast was great! Staff was friendly, and we appreciated that they held our luggage since our flight was an early evening flight. It allowed us to check-out and still explore the city.
