On the last night of our stay I saw a cockroach 🪳 on the night stand table crawling! That was disgusting!

The service was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous and very very friendly. The breakfast buffet was absolutely extensive and perfectly taken care of. Many thanks to the entire staff.

Breakfast, music at breakfast and staff serving were great! I enjoyed the morning hours very much…

It was freezingly cold in the room when I got there because AC was on the entire day until I arrived there in the evening. I think I got a cold afterwards.

The staff was excellent they greeted me smile and took very good care of everyone.

Dirty! On check-in the room appeared fair. We unpacked, went out & returned late after dinner. Turning down the bed, we saw that the top & bottom sheets were soiled badly and had not been changed! Also, the bathroom floor had apparently been “washed” with dirty water … as evident when the white bath mat turned filthy from water spills on the floor … Stained lampshades & bugs for added appeal. We reported it and were offered another room on another floor, which was cleaner, but not spotless. We were told the manager would most likely give us a credit the next day. In the morning we asked to speak to him, but he wouldn’t come out from his office. Apologies from the nice, embarrassed employee at reception were appreciated, but no credit came from the cowardly manager.

The area was a little bit scary for us!!

We first booked at another best western, closer to the airport but it was extreamly dirty and smelled of mold and musty. We had to stay there the first night and then moved to this one. This one was more expensive but met our expectations. The room was an excelent size and the bed (king) was really nice. There was a small fridge, which for us was important. The breakfast buffet, included, was super good and well maintained by one of the staff. Not one of those, setup and leave it kind of things. You could go anytime during the posted hours and it would be restocked with everything. There were lots of choices and you could even make plates to take back to your room.

The one really disappointing thing we found was that the carpet in our room was extreamly dirty. So dirty in fact that if you walk barefoot in the room and then get in the shower, the floor of the shower turned dark from the dirt on the bottom of your feet. We did address this with the staff. They said they had had complaints and had just contracted a service to shampoo the carpets before we arrived. Obviously the had not done the job right. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
