Carísimo!!! El empleado del mostrador quería vendernos boletos para Capilano y que fingiéramos que mis hijos eran menores y mi esposo y yo mayores para pagar menos pero me pareció muy deshonesto.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Schöner Essraum mit viel Tageslicht und tollem Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettem Personal. Schöner Blick Richtung Stadt mit beeindruckenden Hochhäusern.

Das Zimmer mit Stadtblick war wegen der Klimaanlage des Nachbarhauses ziemlich lärmig. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war deshalb schlecht möglich, das ist aber halt normaler Lärm in einer Grossstadt.

Location was great for walking to amenities

Room was very outdated , small double bed which was lumpy and creaky, dirty carpet, air conditioner not fully functioning . Very overpriced at $425 a night , two star motel experience at best .

We boarded our cruise from Canada place which was blocks away. Very convenient!

Great value for a lovely hotel downtown Vancouver. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bellman and housekeeper. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet except for a bit of traffic noise. We were very happy and grateful to get into our room early.

2 breakfasts were very good with a very nice waiter and hostess. Dinner was great but the restaurant seemed busy and short staffed. The hostess was sort of unfriendly and crabby..

Selected it for close proximity to harbor. Also hotel bistro had great food.

Room was not as suitable for a disabled person as we would have liked. No handhold bars in shower. We did get a shower chair that helped. No great scenic views from this property.

Rooms a little tired

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The location of it is stellar, as it's quite easy to walk to several key city spots. Awesome, local restaurants, bars and venues, drugstores, convenience, liquor and food stores are all within walking distance, and the fact that the hotel is so close to the water and Stanley Park makes it all even better. The room was perfect and had everything we needed (and even more!).

The rooms aren't soundproof, but start up a fan and you're good.

Staffs are amazing, it was crowded and they were so patient and kind with everybody

Pool was fully booked, but i totally understand it because entire Vancouver were there and covid rules.

Location. Fast and simple check in, great service from the male front desk staff. Awesome service from the housekeeping department. Our son had fun at the pool area.

Everything! I love staying at this Hotel!!! Its location, amenities and staff are perfection! I will Always book with the Pinnacle form now on!

Wonderful staff! Everyone is so friendly! Exceptional view of the harbour! Very clean and comfortable! Location is perfect!

Wifi was slow. But with the view it wasn't really a big issue

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - offering to do whatever they could for us. Eg the check in woman gave us very helpful tourism advice.

Corridors were a bit noisy in the evening. This would not have been as noticeable if we'd been in a quieter room, say, at the end of a corridor and there was a large gap under our door as well.
