Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig, wenn auch nicht gerade leise. Die Reinigung ist mit einem Schild am Türknopf, auf Anfrage, sehr ökonomisch und sinnvoll geregelt. Roomservice ist sehr schnell vor Ort und ungeheuer freundlich, auch wenn es nur um eine Kleinigkeit geht. Kaffee steht zum Aufbrühen bereit. Extrem freundliches Personal an der Rezeption!
Die Lage ist einerseits super zentral, das Publikum in Chinatown jedoch mit Drogen unterwegs (aber nicht bedrohlich). Das Nachfüllen von Kaffee könnte auch ohne Nachfrage erfolgen.

Location and dog friendly
Under renovations, construction right outside our windows at 7:00 loud conversation and others woke us up. No hot water just lukewarm. Toilet roll dispenser rusted. Price for room was ridiculous

I liked the location, and that there is Restaurant’s in the hotel.
House keeping barged in at 10:30 even though check out is 11. I was in the middle of changing.
The bedsheets and duvet were stained/dirty. There was blood stains and other unpleasant stains.
Housekeeping took up the elevator at 11 am, I waited 20 minutes for an elevator from the 9th floor, and everytime it came it was a housekeeper with it filled with big carts and wouldn’t allow me on. So after waiting, and getting no where. I had to carry all my luggage down all those flights of stairs, I have asthma and it was very unpleasant for me. Then due to my own fault, after checking out I forgot something so I had to go back up. Same thing, they were still monopolizing the elevators so I had to take the stairs. If I wasn’t able bodied, this would have been impossible for me. Honestly paying $450 for a single night is beyond ridiculous and I will not be back. Which is unfortunate because I travel a lot for both leisure and work. I will be advising my work to not book my accommodations with this location from here on out. The front desk staff were kind however and are at no fault.

the bed was a little too soft for our comfort but overall it was ok, it would have been nice to have a nice duvet. The one thing that i diddnt care for was the pay parking, i did not like having to pay for the parking, but the parking was easy to find and access especially with physical disability.

Because we went to a concert at GM Place, Sandman is the Best location to be at. Room as always is comfortable. Loved the remodeled Pool area! It was much needed.

Very unexpected. Not valued. Staff not so friendly, we checked in at 2pm, staff told us 4pm got rooms, ok. But 4:40pm still not no room for us. Absolutely will not book next time.

this is a place with only a average hotel with walls, doors and even tub with stain or cracks and the way it looks they are offering the cheapest of everything even the toilet paper was just a quarter of roll and the most cheap, only 2 bars of soap for 2 nights and 2 people in the room.

PRICE SO EXPENSIVE FOR SO SIMPLE ROOM WITH STAINS ON TUB, WALLS WITH CRACKS, DOORS WITH CRACKS AND A THE AC NOISY AND NO OUTLETS ON THE ROOM EXCEPT IF YOU DISCONNECT THE TV , THE LITTLE FRIDGE OR THE LAMP TO SUE POWER TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE. LOOK LIKE THE MANAGER SO CHEAP THAT SPEND NOTHINSG AND CHARGE LIKE A 5 STARS SUPER HOTEL MORE THAN $ US 300 PER NIGHT
BESIDES THAT CHECK IN AFTER 4 PM CAN YOU BELEIVE IT? ALMOST 4,30 PM I WAS OPENING MY ROOM AFTER WAIT FOR HORUS ON THE LOBBLYWITH MAYBE 50 MORE PEOPLE WAITING.

We were put in a "newly renovated" room on a floor under deep construction that obviously hadn't been inspected. The coffee pot was missing - all coffee service was. The room was nice, but the lock didn't work, so we asked to move. This was discovered at 11 pm. We were put in a much lesser room at 11:30 pm. We were not offered anything for our troubles, and when we asked for a comp for needing to love, we were told it was a sold out night, so they could offer us nothing, which basically means "we don't have to negotiate when busy. " We were given a $100 room voucher. The staff was nice, but I feel like if we pay over $500 for a room, you should make us feel like we matter, rather than making us feel like we shouldn't complain about problems.

The location was clean. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Although the hotel was fully booked, there was hardly any wait for elevators and crowding wasn't an issue in the public spaces.
There was television noise coming from the room next door at 6am. There was a hooker in the alley outside our room screaming at her customer in the middle of the night.

The Sandman is being renovated VERY SLOWLY. The exterior is covered in scaffolding and it's very hard to find.
Our room was very small but adequate. The bathroom towel bar had been remounted but the old screw holes were pried outward and sharp. Elevator directories have not been updated to reflect the renovations. These are small things but they add up. Or down.
