L’ambiente di camera era confortevole e bella la cucina.

La pulizia era molto scarsa, abbiamo trovato i capelli negli asciugamani e lo staff non era mai disponibile. Il letto lo abbiamo dovuto fare noi e nessuno ci ha potuto dare una mano. La stanza non è mai stata pulita durante il soggiorno anche se fatto presente che erano da cambiare asciugamani o lenzuola.

The apartment was very clean and bright and even had a balcony. Everything was new and functional. The location is very central and you can go many places from there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could check-in a little earlier (the room was ready) and there is a 24/7 gym and a pool from 10-10. There is a supermarket less than a block away.

Significantly pricey compared to similar offerings. With this price, you would think that parking would be included but this is an added extra expense. Frustrating.

Bolsas de ropa tiradas en el hall de acceso a ascensores. Para un lugar de esta categoría veo dejadez en el cuidado de los detalles. La piscina es para niños, no apta para adultos.

Appartement parfaitement équipé, piscine et salle de sport très agréables, un parfait moment de détente entre 2 visites culturelles ou sportives de Vancouver.

The apartment was very clean, and the bed was very big and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious. There was ample storage for clothes etc. Our apartment was nice because we could access the rooftop terrace via a sliding door from the living area.

While the staff did their best to put us in a quiet room the glazing doesn’t seem to be very good as even on the 6th floor we could hear noise from the street traffic as though it was right next to us! My 19 year old son was on the sofa bed and everytime he moved it creaked. The mattress was quite thin. Also the bathroom was not positioned well - it was near the door into the apartment. It meant that we had to walk past our son on the side Da bed to get at the bathroom. It would br better if it was positioned in the middle of the apartment. We thought they should put an extra toilet where the storage closet was. Also the kitchen was too big relative to the size of the living area so that when the sofa bed was up, there was no living area at all . The dining table was squashed behind the sofa.

Very expensive. Couch/chaise lounge was not comfortable for 2 people. Tried to be trendy? Bedding was an issue-sheets/comforter not easy to keep tidy/comfortable No USB outlets - have found this in most other hotels in recent years

Sie ist zentral gelegen und man kann im Hotel eigenen Parkhaus parken. Wir konnten schon um 12.00 Uhr in das Zimmer, obwohl Check in eigener erst ab 16.00 Uhr angedacht ist. Auch das Auto durften wir schon früher im Parkhaus abstellen.

Alles: Appartement mit Küche, Garderobe, Safe, Waschmaschine, Parkplatz in einer perfekten Lage um Vancouver zu erkunden. Erstaunlicherweise sehr ruhig und in Laufdistanz zum Eishockey :-)

Cleanliness. Staff are exceptional and go out of their way to accommodate you. I also like the modern decor of the rooms.

Zero - no complaints

The size of the room is fantastic. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The shower products are excellent. Used the gym, dry sauna, pool, and hot tub.

We loved having an apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities plus the pool and hot tub area

Location. The staff were extremely cooperative and h welpful.

It was really complicated staying for us. It might be because of our timing, this was actually one of our worst stay oof try his trip. It was really not good value for the money.

The room was actually more of a studio. We had a king bed and a sleep couch (which we did not use since we were just with the 2 of us). The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and all necessary tools were in the kitchen. It also had a small terrace with chairs and not to forget a separate room to store your luggage. The location is good; more or less in the middle of Vancouver so a very good spot to start the exploration. A big plus was the swimming pool and hot tub on the roof. There are also BBQs available and a couple of table to eat if you like that. No breakfast available (but we knew that upfront). However with the supermarket almost next doors this is not really an issue; and there are many breakfast cafes all around as well.

The room was a bit pricy; we booked it almost half a year upfront and we were not able to find a place in Vancouver city with similar quality and rating so after all it was acceptable. We had a room on the front side; be aware that this is a main road so traffic is dense and can be a bit noisy. But if you decide to stay in the city center that is just something you need to accept as well.

It was very hot, was nice to have a dip in pool upon arrival.

The hours were not as flexible as a hotel.

Clean, modern building in a great central location. Staff was very friendly and we loved the rooftop pool area. The ensuite washer and dryer was a real bonus.

An air conditioner in the bedroom may have been nice so we wouldn't have to have the window open and listen to the loud city sounds at night.

Ravi was awesome. There was an excellent "Level" of Customer Service. Easy walking to waterfront to get to Granville island. To the Canada line train. Takes you to the Waterfront ferries to North Van. Then back to the comfort of the Hotel Giant TV. Balcony. Pool and Hot Tub. One block from the grocery and wine store and a stocked Kitchen and a Kurig and a dishwasher

Could not stay longer😵‍💫😦🥴

I would say having accurate pictures for each room would be nice. My room was really comfy and beautiful, but the images on Booking didn't show my exact room. It would definitely improve the experience.
