Good location if you’re going to a game/concert. Room is a good size.

Staff were rude and unhelpful on check-in. We were checked into a room that was still being cleaned by housekeeping. When we queried this, we were told we were making a mistake which was not the case - we went to the room we were given. There was a generator above the room that went off every hour throughout the night for about 5 or 6 minutes at a time which meant we didn’t get a good nights sleep and was very frustrating.

Base Room was excellent! Next time we may bump up to see what it's like for the Jet Set! Frankie's provided us with an Excellent Breakfast!

Good location, Nice modern room and facilities

My stay here exceeded my expectations. We had planned to stay for two nights as we were attending a concert at Rogers Arena. We had booked the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel for the remaining six nights, but I regret that decision. We should have stayed at this hotel throughout our visit. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was clean, and the toiletries were outstanding.

It was so close to BC Place where we went to the football game! And was within walking distance of our son’s restaurant Fiorino on east Georgia & Main!

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Location was absolutely fantastic - there were coffee shops around every corner and Yaletown is just a few blocks away. Close to an Aquabus stop as well as the sky train. We even walked to Stanley Park! Would absolutely stay again.

I loved the location, the fab bar/restaurant within, the staff, the refrigerator in the room, the filtered water and ice available on every floor, the comfort and size of the room, the aircon, the wardrobe space.. everything was spot on.

If I was to nitpick, I would say the mirror in the bathroom was unflattering - it drained me so I ended up putting more make up in than necessary and was a little clownish! The adaptor I brought with me wouldn’t work because the Canadian socket didn’t want to up the wattage.

Beautiful room with lots of little extras supplied. It was well thought out and very comfortable. The hot tub - which was and available early morning.

It was the most expensive place I stayed in but Vancouver seemed to have limited places available. No opportunity to talk to anyone.

The location was great.

The price was different from what I had booked, I also asked them why the price was cheaper if I was to have booked the day of m, they told me they don't make the prices and can't do anything about it. The room wasn't very clean, we were very disappointed, paying nearly $500 for the night, we would have loved a clean room. The beds are older sprint style beds, and we found it to be quite uncomfortable. The one positive was the friendly housekeepers in the morning that we talked to they were great.

not a dislike but I wish I’d known beforehand they were going to need a deposit the day before our stay as I’ve never come across this before….if I’d have known I wouldn’t have been so stressed about it all phoning Vancouver from the UK at 6am

no AC in our room and it was awful for us. best they could do was a fan, so it was like listening to a jet engine all night but too unbearable without
