Groovy and nicely appointed. Great bathrooms.
Our room for 3 felt pretty small. We adapted and it was fine.
4.5
The decor and staff were epic
Rooms a bit small but very clean and fun design. Quite noisy.

Funky room design, great location, bar downstairs very nice. Loved the free drink voucher
Check out staff not friendly

The location was great. Close to the museum, Central Library, the area that has delicious eateries.
Nothing that I can think of

Ubicación
Que decía que tenía desayuno gratuito y finalmente se debe pagar. Lo mismo que el estacionamiento, se debe pagar por noche. Homeless al lado del hotel y además gran cantidad de ratones en el estacionamiento.

Rooms were clean and stylish with a modern decor
I arrived after travelling 5000 miles to be told there were additional charges due to an error on booking.com which was not my fault. I wouldn’t have stayed if there was more to pay as it was an expensive room anyway. After significant and unnecessary discussions, the hotel finally agreed to cover the costs of this. However they’ve taken a further payment the day after my stay which I have not authorised at all. I’m very annoyed about this.
Furthermore, the tv remote didn’t work in the room and the air conditioning was noisy all night and kept waking us up every time it came on.
3.0
Very clean, very easy parking, central location.
Quite a loud and frankly dodgy area of Vancouver at the moment. While some staff were really friendly and helpful, others were straight-up rude. The rooms are not well isolated, meaning you hear everything happening in other rooms. Very expensive

Room was nice, beds comfy. However the sofa bed was completely broken and the bed unusable. We booked and paid for this family room because we needed the extra bed and it wasn’t available
The disco/bar on the main level blasted music that reverberated through our first floor room 106. Kept us all awake until the early morning. Sofa bed broken. Breakfast terrible. Front desk said they would advise manager but no follow up.

If we had been so cramped a really nice hotel!
We were a family of 4. Unfortunately the room was very small and had no space to store suitcases.

I loved the design, the quirky shower floor, the mini fridge, comfortable beds, the location, great friendly staff
Pricy. Would've been great if breakfast was included.
3.5
Nice, unusual decor and comfy bed. Buffet breakfast in morning was reasonable.
Room was not as advertised, much smaller. Family of 5 - 2 double beds and sofa bed, little room to move around. Room was on first floor, loud music directly below until late - not ideal for a family trying to get to sleep!
4.0
Unique, charming; close to amenities. Allowed for early check-in. Staff were helpful and courteous.

The apartment was clean and tidy, staff very welcoming and helpful.
The apartment was noisey, you could hear conversations, the vents were noisey and an ice machine outside our room was crushing ice on and off during the night. Was located well, but right in the heart of homeless people which made you feel uneasy.
4.0
was a nice size room, the location wasn't great given the amount of drug users hanging around the area, but walk a few blocks away and it seems a different area. If the hotel could be picked up and moved would be great, staff friendly and helpful.
not a fault with the hotel, just the people hanging around the area.

Amazing location
Longer breakfast hours during weekdays
3.5
Really beautiful rooms and in a great location. Styling was really cool.
The price was A-LOT. Really over priced considering you don’t get breakfast.
3.5
You couldn’t open the room and bring your suitcase in
4.0
Location nearby was a little concerning as there were some druggies nearby
The hotel itself was great, however the location a bit disconcerting

Chiaki at the front desk was so helpful when we arrived. Lovely room and good bed.
Location is close to the centre of town which is a positive. It is near the rougher end of town so would suggest not hanging around the area in the evening.
2.5
clean and good location
the double bed room
was very small for the price.
4.0
Location and artsy decor were nice. The room was small but cozy. The beds were comfortable.
No room service. Price for breakfast buffet was too high.
5.0
Very clean, beautiful decor. Walking distance to Yaletown restaurants.
I felt the bright pink paint on the exterior cheapened the look of such a beautiful hotel.
2.5
Location was good, staff were friendly
Bed not bad but underlay was terrible, cheep and nasty, pillows were lumpy and also cheep and nasty, sheets just ok
3.0
Premium room turned out to be very loud. Had to downgrade to a standard room with no view for more quiet, no adjustments in price.
3.5
good location, cool bar
wouldnt allow us to park more than one car per room with 10 people staying
4.5
Staff were great and the hotel looks as advertised.
The restaurant is not linked financially to the hotel which makes it impossible to consume the deposit made at check in.

We ate out
Not sure pretty good

Location, Beer
The wall is too thin. I can hear other people talking and laughing. The sound of air conditioner is too loud.
2.5
Location is good and room was clean other then that not worth the price they charge.
Expensive then it should be, room was very small as you can barely walk past the bed. No fridge in the room. Front desk staff who checked us in was rude and not helpful at all.
1.5
Location. Room size. Visual.
There is nothing blocking the light coming from the bathroom door so it was bright at night. Also the walls are thin enough for you to hear your neighbours talking. Drunk people on the street and in the bar are quite loud. Overall it’s just hard to sleep. I don’t recommend staying here unless you drink and don’t need to sleep.
At 1am of the last night of our stay, water started to leak from one of the bathroom lights. It was so loud that we were both awakened. Confused and sleepy. I took some photos and filmed the little waterfall. When we called the reception and asked for a female staff to check it out, the agent said he was the only staff available. Unbelievable but okay. He brought a basket and towels and told us it cannot be fixed until tomorrow. He said maybe it’s the ac pipe. We needed to get up early the next day so we agreed to move to another room. Fifteen minutes later, while we were slowly falling asleep, the agent suddenly called and offered a late check out option. He meant well but we were very unhappy. Why cannot he ask earlier or wait until tomorrow! Second time in a row that we were woken up in this so called 4 star hotel. The chocolate he brought is not good enough an apology.

exactly as advertised. coolest boutique hotel I’ve ever seen!
