The staff are nice.

The room is outdated, too small, it is not comfortable.

The location is super for downtown Vancouver, the price was fair and the breakfast was good. I would stay again.

Particularly liked the size and space of King Suite as had a large bedroom and a separate kitchen diner with pull out full double bed - perfect for 3 adults and no overcrowding!

Most of the staff were wonderful but we encountered one in particular at the front desk who was quite rude and not willing to assist or accommodate. We were traveling with children with anxiety issues and wanted to be on a lower floor and access the stairs to make their stay comfortable. It was a simple request that she was totally unwilling to help with. We ended up having to get the manager involved. It was unnecessary and frustrating.

Nothing. Maybe a chocolate bar in the fridge would be nice😀 arrived late at night and opened the fridge.

the location was probably the only positive about this hotel.

Firstly, no vaccine records were checked… for the breakfast it was opened for anyone without masks and cleaning was non-existent so good luck being a “super-spreader” needless to say ministry of health will be notified about this. The front desk is almost in an alley

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and large. The location was good- close enough to walk to almost everything. Breakfast was adequate and had a decent variety of items.

I really loved the location as it was right beside the arena even though the concert was postponed. Their was plenty of restaurants to choose from which was a bonus. The hotel itself was beautiful, the main lobby was comforting and welcoming. Definitely gonna be back soon!

Breakfast is a great bargain. My recommendation is:Have more dark roast coffee available. Location is superb. The rooms have a little age on them but seem in good repair.

Rooms could be made up quicker, one occasion coffee pot was not rinsed out. Towels were not replaced but overall everything was fine.
