Was not specified the pool was out of order. Even though they said it’s on the website, it is not on Bookings .com. Kids were disappointed. It go noisy in the hallways at 5 am.

The room was clean and a good size. Staff responded to our problem with the airport shuttle well, but it was still a big issue. Patrick, the weekday bar tender, was great.

We had issues with the airport shuttle: lack of information, mis-information, broken down mini bus so they were using a car that only took four people plus luggage.

Pool was under renovation, this was not communicated before our arrival. Our daughter was looking forward to using it and it would have been nice to be aware before arrival. Our room was large, but the bathroom was the accessible bathroom and we did not like the shower. Would have preferred a standard bathroom.

The room was clean and spacious, located in a quiet corner in the floor 2. Breakfast was good, I wish the pancakes would be included. Check-in and out was very fast, thank you!

The reception was courteous and polite. Gave a ticket for discount on parking at airport. The restaurant was great food and great prices. Really enjoyed the trout dinner. Will recommend to anyone.

I didn’t like they’re policy about check in. You need a credit card to pay a deposit and they don’t accept a VISA-Debit as a form of payment.

The only thing I have to mention was what happened the last day when I was having breakfast at the diner. The waitress was very impatient and kept asking me if I had finished and were ready to pay, which was so annoyingly insulting that I even doubted myself if I looked like poor or eat-and-run or something. I didn't tip her of course. I was feeling very pushed and was asked for like thrice or more. Other than this incident everything almost perfect!

They refuse to give me a receipt when booking though Booking.com When I was 10minute past 11am the front desk called the room and told us we where to be out 10 minutes ago. I had Shuttle service picking me up at 11:30 and pre inform the hotel that I would be a few minutes past eleven booking out. They assured me it would not be a problem. I was surprised by the attitude. This was my fourth visit there and never had a problem in the past Leaving booking in or getting a receipt
