Hotel is old, only few options for breakfast

The showers could have better water pressure.

It was a little further from the Bell Centre than we thought got mixed up with another best western and the construction made walking necessary

Frühstück wenig flexibel, für etwas mehr hätte man extra aufzahlen müssen.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up in an accessible room so it was large. Clean and comfortable.

If you're looking for a city view be aware that you might not get it. Didn't matter to me but I got a room with the window facing a wall.

En términos generales estuvo bien.

-Mooie kamer met comfortabel bed. -Meeste personeel was vriendelijk en deed zijn uiterste best.

-Eten is vrij matig en nogal duur voor wat je krijgt. Er was ook geen ontbijtbuffet. Enkel bestellen van een kaart. -Ik werd gedwongen mijn verblijf een tweede maal te betalen omdat het hotel zogezegd de betaling niet had ontvangen. Hierbij werd er zelf gedreigd "mijn sleutel af te nemen zodat ik in de lobby kon slapen" omdat ik initieel weigerde opnieuw te betalen. Alsof het mijn schuld is dat de communicatie tussen Booking en het hotel stroef verloopt! Op de koop toe bleek mijn betaling achteraf wel degelijk te zijn doorgekomen, maar werd deze niet teruggevonden doordat het hotel zijn interne administratie niet op orde had, waardoor de schuld dus onterecht bij mezelf en Booking was gelegd! De tweede betaling werd gelukkig wel teruggestort, maar bleek uiteindelijk ook niet helemaal correct met enkele euro's verlies tot gevolg. Uiterst onaangename ervaring!

Close to airport with a shopping mall across the street. There is Walmart that helps to solve your necessities needs

No lift that is very inconvenient for long haul traveller like me, we need to carry our 2 large luggages weight 23 kg to 2nd floor with no assistance.

Room was clean and comfortable

No decent tea the one there was terrible. Parking was expensive and we were told no reservation was needed but there was only 10 spaces after parking our car we came back to it later and came across another car parked directly in front of us, blocking us in. Luckily we didn’t plan on using the car but if we did would have been very awkward. The breakfast was awful and looked undercooked and inedible expensive for food that’s not worthy of eating.

Location was safe and close to good places where to eat or buy groceries

At same times at night loud noises (from what seemed to be pipes or thudding) woke me up several times

Staff very helpful and good sized and equipped room

Room was a bit dated and breakfast limted

The hotel location is very convenient. The size of the room is good enough to exercise, the beds are comfortable, there is coffee, water and even chocolates in the lobby!

I think the parking is expensive 30CA$+tax but it was valet parking so convenient to for not being caught in the heavy traffic.

Very good location, within a radius of 3 kilometers are all the attractions. Clean room. Coffee machine in the hotel lobby. Tasty breakfast.

The complete lack of an individual approach on the part of employees and hotel managers to the client and his problems. Especially considering the fact that it is constantly declared by the management of the BestWesternHotel chain. Unfortunately, they do not consider you as a regular customer who wants to return to you.

I like how my room was quiet

I don't like the boho homeless chic in the lobby during all hours of the day and night. Kind of scary.
