Bathroom fan didn’t function, no lobby coffee service, Cable TV/remote was cumbersome without written instructions provided.

Fit out was a bit tired in places. plumbing dubious eg very hot water in sink, but hard to get the the shower to a good temperature. Shower rail only just hanging on with a few extra bolts.

No breakfast available at the hotel and the bar/restaurant next door was not great and service poor.

The hotel was okay but seriously needs maintenance and updating. Sink in bathroom cracked, floor had rust stains, electrical outlets need attention.

1ère chambre sale, le wc était cassé et fuyait. La 2ème chambre était propre et confortable mais placée juste à la sortie de l'ascenseur et à côté du distributeur de boissons qui était très bruyant. mauvaise insonorisation, on entendait beaucoup les gens parler et faire le ménage. Le personnel à la réception était froid et pas très agréable

The staff were great. Hotel was close to everything and in walkable distance.

It’s dated. The hot tub was not running. My toilet kept getting clogged and we barely flushed any paper in it. We kept having to call in about. Eventually I asked that they leave the plunger in the bathroom. At some point, a side of the room wouldn’t turn on its lights, they had to find a breaker to fix it. Beds were hard to sleep on.

Pěkný pokoj, pohodlné postele, moc milý personál a úžasná střešní terasa s výhledem! A možnost zajít do sauny nás také potěšila.

The room was disgustingly dirty, blood on the walls Of the bathroom, blood on the floor Of the bathroom , blood on the duvet and bedsheet. None of the outlets worked. when we arrived Our room key didn’t work had to have that sorted not once but twice. The lobby smelled so heavily of fragrance that everyone in our party instantly got a migraine. It just wasn’t ideal. For almost $700 a night it was an absolute joke.

Having access to roof top and kitchen area was helpful.

The gym wasn’t available all day due to baggage storage which was a bit frustrating. The location felt unsafe near Granville Road. Could do with some upgrades.

Great location, kind and professional front desk, quiet spacy room, rooftop access with common kitchen. Can store bags before check-in, after check-out.

Common areas have no AC. Room AC was noisy when operational.

First arrived plugged charger in it kicked the lights out. Left to concert and when going to bed was blood stains on one bed. Refused to sleep in it. Not a lot of parking / area to stop when checking in.

Gute Lage (alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar) und sehr freundliches Personal (besonders Carlos!). Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bett super bequem.

Location was good.

Room was little smaller than we expected. One king bed instead of two double beds would have been good. Electrical outlets next to our bed did not work so we had to use the other outlets to charge our devices. Initial staff when we checked in were not very friendly. We were given a room first which wasn’t very comfortable so we had to move to another room. One of the staff, Carles (I think) was great and made our stay more comfortable by attending to our needs. He was very kind and friendly. If not for him, our stay wouldn’t have been that good. He was the one who gave us a better room. Though we paid for breakfast when we booked the room the options were limited which was disappointing. We ended up eating breakfast only 2 out of the 5 days we were there.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. Easy parking access straight to the hotel room (same building.) The staff were friendly. No squeaky flooring.

No open windows. AC was loud while operational.

The hotel is nice, and the rooms are wide and comfortable. room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Wi-fi signal is excellent. The room has all of what you need to eat and drink, microwave, boiler, fridge, etc. location is amazing and it is close from everything you need.

Honestly, the hotel was having some renovation activities which was bothering us most of the time especially when we were waiting for our car in the reception area and spraying / painting jobs were affecting all badly and used to wear masks too. When I arrived in the first day, they told me to take my luggage to my room by myself using the available troy because they had a shortage in manpower and when I did that, someone came and took the troy back ... You have to inform them at the reception to clean your room and make sure that they will do it (I had an issue in this regard and for 3 days was suffering to get my room cleaned, once had to wait in the lobby and another time had to wait at my room ) !!! they will come and clean the room within 20 minutes only ( 2 ladies) ...
