Spa was cold, pool was cloudy and closed half the trip, copier did not work, bathroom was dirty.

The bed made a terrible noise every time you moved. Just getting in & out of bed would wake your partner & possibly the people sleeping in the next room. Several of the USB outlets were broken. We will not be coming back.

The shower chair was broken, the desk chair was broken. The upstairs Gyes was booming on the floor get here noise, it was very nbixby.

Front desk clerk when we checked in was nice. Paid for a hot breakfast but only offered cold items such as cereal, toast and only hot selection was a waffle. No other hot food other than the waffle maker. I wouldn't have chosen them if I knew I was paying for a bowl of cereal. A lot of homeless people around the area as well. Squeaky bed that kept us up all night.

Bed squeaked horrible! Every time we rolled over the bed made such noise that it woke us up! Room was large and clean. Many homeless in the area, so I didn't feel very safe leaving my vehicle, so I parked it facing my room window so I could hear an alarm.

It was a nice room for an excellent price

The rooms smelled like mildew and were not cleaned properly. The bed was disgusting & so was the bathroom. I don't think the sheets have been changed in atleast 3 guests.

I looked the location it was close to a lot of food locations and easy access to the interstate.

That breakfast could have been more appetizing more fresh fruits and maybe bacon or sausage. And the hot tub was dirty so I couldn’t enjoy it.

No hair dryer that worked… Bare light bulbs in room…bathroom door needed replaced…peeling! Just gross overall.Never again!

The breakfast was very disappointing. COVID is over!! No shampoo in the room. Carpet in hall needs cleaning.

it was dirty. the lights were flickering. the food was stale. there was a crusty washcloth hanging in my shower. the shower was clogged.
