Location and breakfast was fine

When we first entered the room it had a nasty smell to it. The floor had some disgusting stains and wasn’t clean at all, on top of that it also was broken quite badly. We didn’t feel comfortable to even walk on it with our socks, let alone bare feet. The walls did also have some nasty stains and even a dead squished spider on it (impossible to miss). Bathroom also wasn’t the most clean place and seemed to have a moldy ceiling on top of it. As the cherry on top of this whole place, we also saw a cockroach walking across our room.

The appliances could've been cleaned better to eliminate the odor of food from the previous guest. The bed was a little uncomfortable .

The location is great. Plenty of restaurants very close. The staff were very friendly and overall a decent place to stay. The breakfast was also good!!

I really enjoyed the morning breakfast options. The rooms were spacious and gave plenty of room for our belongings. The parking was right in front of our rooms, which made leaving convenient. We really enjoyed the extra desk in the room to sit down and relax.

We happened to request a non-smoking room for our stay, and upon entry into our room, it smelled of someone who had smoked in our room beforehand. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. We requested another room immediately, and thankfully we were able to be placed into another room quickly.

People are just all outside smoking and hanging around. Makes the place look like a drug dealing place. Almost has that unsafe atmosphere.

The check-in staff was very friendly. The breakfast was tasty, accommodating, and convenient. Our stay was short, less than 24 hours. However, regarding the facility, the check-in and breakfast area (very closely attached)looked to have been clean. The value was good for us for a one night stay

I will say, what few hours we slept in the bed, it was comfortable. However, the room itself needs remodeling and the furniture replaced. There was no odor, though. I was so thankful for that. My advice is to always wipe down and spray with disinfectant throughout a room no matter where you stay. I really can't speak on whether the location is good or bad, I just know it was close to the airport. There is a question about if the property met expectations; based on the reviews from Booking.com, I was expecting the accommodations to be more updated...and because of that, yes, we were disappointed. Again, it served its purpose for one night

Processing at the reception desk was efficient. She was friendly, as is expected. Also quite helpful in giving us directions to the nearest Walmart Store.

Our trip was an emergency to attend a funeral. It was a problem finding a same day flight. We totally didn't know our way around, so we hastily took the first accommodation that came up. After all it would only be a night. "It was very disappointing: (1) we booked a non smoking room, but from the smell, it was not. (2) The bed looked as if it had been slept in, and remade. We actually went to the nearest Walmart store to purchase sheets and pillow slips instead of using what was on the bed. (3) About the external environment: there were several small bags of garbage, as well as little piles of bedding, and towels on the ground outside of a number of rooms. What a disgusting sight. Frankly, the place is rundown.
