The facilities were clean and the room comfortable. Breakfast looked good though I needed to leave early. I would consider for a longer stay if in the area again. Had I been staying longer the kitchen would have been a great amenity. Good water pressure and hot water.

While the location was fairly convenient, there was a lot of traffic noise from I-85 that roused me from my sleep several times. Granted, I was in an end room on the wing nearest the highway. Another room on the other side of the building may have been quieter. The low step over combined with a short shower curtain resulted in a lot of water splash, puddling on the bath floor. The bath counter area was minimal.

The staff was helpful and the location of the hotel was great! Had good channels on the tv and the full kitchen was a big plus.

The pool was still closed for the season when I visited which I thought was odd and was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel to stay at. The pool area was closed off due to this so I did not really have anywhere to relax outside in the warm weather. Elevator was inoperable at arrival (which did get taken care of pretty quickly just a note). Keycards were a hit or miss whether they would work or not. Although the room was clean, it felt pretty dated which made it feel a bit grimy. Not my typical taste for a stay.

I really appreciated the hospitality the front desk woman showed! I arrived super late due to traffic and was even upgraded to a what looked like an extended stay suite! The breakfast was great as well and my kids really enjoyed the pool! You can tell the hotel is kept up with as far as cleanliness!

Location was next to a major thoroughfare. Noise was not a little much.

dirty, not as per pictures on booking.com, toilet was not having door…Curtains were transparent. floor was dirty. swimming pool area was dirty. didn’t feel safe..

Breakheart was good, location great for trip to airport

Bathtub is too slippery and no hand holds, very dangerous!

Size Of room was good. Bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Location was good.

Toilet did not work in 1st room. When moved to a different room, the toilet “ran” all the time.

i liked the clean microwave and the cold refrigerator.

it was dirty. the pots and pans were dirty. the kitchen supplies were dirty. there was food still in there. A bra in the cabinet. the stove barley worked unless you were using a thin cheap pan one of the guy maids said we had to swap our towels if we wanted new ones. we had to go grab our own stuff if we needed it. the studio room didn’t have things a home would have. like brooms. we had to go buy our own things. broom cost 1$ at Walmart. invest in that. room looks way smaller in person. in the photos it looks like there’s space but there’s not. i should have got the one bedroom. one window blind couldn’t open. it was broken so we had to prop our broom to hold it up so air can come through because we were cooking the gym was dirty. no towels or anything so we can sanitize.

It was perfect, the bed was excellent best night sleep ive had in forever. It was close to everything and staff were very friendly.

The ONLY thing I liked about this hotel was the location.

The guy that checked me in was perhaps the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with checking into a hotel. The hotel smelled strongly of weed - especially in the hallways, elevator, and I’m the little store/market area. The heat didn’t work in my room and we spent the first night in misery - had to change rooms. The outlet cover in the bathroom cracked in half. When I came back to my room Saturday night, there was a very strong food odor - like someone cooked Indian food or some sort of fried food in there. The key cards did not work well and other guests in the hotel were complaining about that as well. Worst hotel stay ever! The view from my room was of the pool area and the trash bin out there was seriously overflowing.
