The staff was friendly

The first room we were given smelled extremely of smoke and was dirty. We were given another room and that room smelled of mold, we would have left but we had just traveled 9 hours. The room was very dirty, the air conditioner was loud and blew dust in the room, the carpet was smelly and filthy, the bathroom was filthy, there were cracks in the ceiling, ripped curtains, holes in the carpet, and the bathroom door did not lock. I am appalled

Te staff was pleasant and professional. Our room needs som attention. one of the stove control knobs should be replaced. (front burner) And the shower curtain needs raised about 8-12” it drags the ground. However, it was an enjoyable stay and we’d definitely stay again. (Almost forgot… if 4 guests are scheduled it would be nice to have 4 towels in the room:)

Breakfast and location okay

Residence Inn kept going in my account taking extra money and had to call them several times. They took 90 dollars more then my bill. When I finally spoke to a manager they changed the bill but still was not the bill when I booked it on booking.com. They said booking didn't have the correct percentage rate.-very unhappy. Then the pool was closed for maintenance all weekend.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable and location was convenient.

I really did like the Front desk services the hospitality was awesome. The room was great.

Everything was great

You can choose a check in time. For that I chose around 6:00 when we arrived after 6 our room still was not clean. Front desk said a few minutes. After waiting we asked again about our room and found out it was given to someone else! People waiting before us were not given a room on time either. One was given a room number and room key only to go in there and find someone else's belongings in the room.

There was nothing pleasant about the hotel. General manager was extremely rude. Was more worried about her kids hanging out in the lobby rather then a line of guests with reservations and no rooms available. My kid and I were in the car for over 10 hours and had to find another hotel to accommodate us because they were not able to keep the reservation we had made a week prior.

RUDE General Manager ( Jasmine) Check in was 3 pm , they still did not have a room available when we arrived at 7:15 pm. We were told it would be another hour or two due to staff shortages and to have a seat in the lobby and were offered water for the wait.

The staff was very helpful. Very easy to check in and check out. The breakfast was outstanding! The location was great for visiting family and shopping.

Location was perfect. ENTIRE STAFF was incredible! Even learned how to bake the best ham! Can't wait to try it! Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh & stocked. Comfortable bed. Room great! Most importantly - clean! Highly recommend!
