Convenient to my destination. Spacious room.

Hampton has cut way back on their amenities - 2 very small and thin bath towels, horrible bath products, no glass glasses, only paper cups no decaf coffee at breakfast. Small things but I paid over $234 a night and I would expect more.

Variety in the food choices

I didn’t like that I had to ask for more toilet paper and tissues.

Breakfast quality was very good.

We liked the location. WE were only around 6 miles from where our son lives so it was very convenient. The size of the room was perfect, a little bigger than most rooms that we have stayed in before at other hotels.

The lack of decaf coffee at the breakfast bar. Had decaf pods in our room but not at breakfast bar. I had requested room on 1st or 2nd floor & we ended up on the sixth floor. We were pleased with the room so it turned out to be fine. I couldn't get my charger to work in the room. Luckily I had enough power until I could recharge it.. at home.

There was a birthday party and the pool was full didn't get a chance to use it that had suck Housekeeping knocked on the door around 10 ish check out is 11 Communication between front desk and housekeeping suck because we called front desk to check out at 12 but housekeeping continues to knock on the door

Breakfast was awesome and it was clean and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfy and clean, breakfast was great and to be close to the airport and on a busy road, it's overall quieter then I expected. The indoor pool, although a little chilly, was great for the kids and clean.

The layout and design of rooms is very nice. The front desk worker was very nice and helpful with switching rooms.

I had to switch rooms twice because the first two were gross: toothpaste on the mirror, gooey something on the table, grime and hair in soap dish, hair in the bed and toilet, several areas were clearly untouched by cleaners. Second room was even worst than the first. Our third room was better except that there were pee stains by the toilet so I gave up and cleaned it myself. What supposed to be a fun stay just felt uncomfortable because of low standards of cleaning.
