We arrived 3pm and wait in JW Grill with expecting a good dine till 4pm check in. Kids burger was burnt, not really enjoyed the meal after 3 hours ride. Ask for available room close to pool for kids access, room was at 3rd floor and far side of building, needs passthrough almost 15 rooms. Midnight at 1am woke up with kids due to next door room’s loud occupants. Expecting too rest and have fun, but return almost exhausted

Lage ok
Entspricht nicht Internetauftritt, ist Massenhotel und sah aus wie ein schönes , persönliches kleineres Haus. Pool war voll und Wasser nicht sauber, auch drumherum nicht aufgeräumt. Betten hatten Scharff Metallkanten, Verletzungsgefahr ..

The lobby was nice
There was no covered parking in 120° heat, when I called they said they offered free Tesla charging which they did not, the door to the building didn’t actually lock and it’s not in the best part of town, the hallways smell like mildew and the furniture inside was outdated.

We were celebrating our anniversary and they compliment arily upgraded us to a Jr suite! The resort was very chill and had a good vibe. The food was all very good.
The a/c worked fine in our room, but it leaked onto the floor alot. We had to put a towel down that was saturated by the next morning, so we had to change it out. Good thing we didn't have anything except shoes on the floor in the closet as it ran into there.

Friendly staff and it was easy to find parking. Nice pool area.
We had to ask for extra blankets as the ones provided weren't warm enough.
People at the hotel put out towels for a large set of pool chairs early in the morning but didn't arrive until around 11 am. I would have preferred the staff take those away to enable actual people at the pool to have access to those chairs.

The staff was super friendly and tried to help make our stay more comfortable but unfortunately we had a not so pleasant stay overall.
The building is well stayed in was under construction so woke up to hammering and drills and people walking back and forth. The tv remotes lag and the tv reception kept cutting out. We tried to buy a movie and it wouldn’t let us, we called the front desk but the phone line was always busy. Finally the second night I called the hotel on my cell to get ahold of the front desk and they sent repair guys to fix the tv but was unsuccessful. We then changed rooms and the tv still wouldn’t let us buy a movie. By this time is was getting late, they offered us to move to a different building or some small compensation so we took that since it was already going on 2hours of dealing with it all and just called it a night. Also want to note the mini fridge didn’t get cold after turning it on and our food spoiled. And anyone over 6 ft tall will not be comfortable in the showers here and should consider other hotel options.

The room was spacious and comfortable beds.
The ceilings were thin and the people above us were elephants. We called and complained to the front desk but nothing happened. We resorted to banging on our ceiling to shut them up.

I thought the overall atmosphere was very family-friendly and the staff was helpful! That being said, it is not a place most kid-free couples would like to stay. Even though the pools and pool decks would get dirty throughout the day, the rooms felt clean with a very nice palm-springs vibe.
I think for the price of the stay, especially with the resort fees, it was not worth it. Having stayed at other resorts with similar pricing, this one did not meet the same criteria. For example, the pools were not cleaned until the very end of the day and they were constantly out of towels. Additionally, there were no major resort perks like discounts for drinks or spa treatments and even their advertising for happy hour was incorrect.

I liked the lobby, Jimmy Buffet music vibes, and the drinks at the lobby bar were good
I didn’t like how slow and unprofessional some of the staff were. The wait at the restaurant was over an hour even though we had a reservation. And one of the bartenders just had a terrible attitude and totally could tell they didn’t want to be there, slow at making drinks.

It has two pools and one is quieter than the other. Despite the amount of people there it was very quiet at night.
When we arrived the sofa bed had not been made up. We had to call the front desk twice to get it done. The room was freezing for the first three nights. We had to keep ordering blankets to the room as none were provided. We calls the engineer out twice but the problem was not fixed so we gave up. The room was not serviced one of the days at all.

We received an upgrade to a nicer room which was great. Great pool and room faces a courtyard allowing you to sit outside. Cleaning staff seemed a little overwhelmed, but were nice when you asked for anything.
We asked for a late checkout (only 30 min) but they would not approve. Overall though a good place to stay.

Atmosphere. History.
Couch could have been a bit more comfortable.

Our first room's AC was so loud that we had to be reassigned a room on day 2. The front desk was very accommodating.
I did not like having to pay $40,00 A DAY just to park the rental car.
In 5 days, housekeeping only showed up twice. The second time I had to track down the lady just to get fresh towels and shower gel.

We were blown away by our dinner experience at JWB Grill. It was truly exceptional and surpassed our expectations. Both my wife and I were thoroughly impressed, finding that the quality of the meal rivaled some of the top restaurants we've visited globally. The Ora King Salmon, in particular, stood out as a dish that could easily hold its own among the offerings of any five-star establishment and my wife loved the Harissa Roasted Half Chicken.
The hotel's location in Palm Springs presents some challenges as it is not within walking distance of notable attractions, necessitating the use of a vehicle, which isn't a significant inconvenience. However, during a visit to a nearby Walgreens, we observed litter strewn across the entry sidewalk, a boarded-up window, and someone residing in their car, raising some concerns about the area's condition. Further, while walking our dog, we noticed a dilapidated apartment building across from the hotel, underscoring issues within the vicinity.
Staying within the confines of the property, akin to a vacation in certain parts of Belize or Jamaica, provides a buffer from the surrounding neighborhood. It's worth noting that Palm Springs has a high crime rate compared to other communities across the United States, and the hotel is situated in one of the city's more crime-prone areas (according to NeighborhoodScout.com). Therefore, it's advisable to exercise caution and drive to the sights and restaurants you wish to explore during your stay.
Alternatively, you can opt to remain at the hotel, where we felt entirely secure, and relish in a tropical retreat amidst the desert landscape, enjoying the amenities and ambiance of the property.

Great room on an upgrade. that was wonderful for our honeymoon.
the ambiance, relaxing quality of it is really nice.
Only problem: the maiin dining area was poor. Delivered a soup appetizer and fish main course at the same time. very odd. and did not deliver my wife's food for another five minutes after that. room service is in boxes and bags with plastic cutlery, a little corner cutting but food isn't the strong point.

The unprofessionalism the security and late night staff. They were not professional, respectful, or polite. I did not feel or was treated like a paying guest. The room was run down. I felt like it was a motel 6 quality room. I left this establishment after the confrontation of the unprofessionalism of the security staff and late night front desk and turned on my key just after a few hrs. I would not stay here if it was even free.

Close to my event.
The hotel is a "Las Vegas" style hotel without the gambling. Tacky, noisy, music blaring all hours, dirty, and need of a refresh. I moved rooms three times because of faulty A/C that sounded like a train and constant banging and talking above me, no warm water and damaged rooms i.e. toilet paper dispenser on the floor, and views of a parking lot. Constantly had to call to get clean towels from housekeeping. Their gym facilities lack equipment, etc. and they have the gall to charge you a "resort fee".

Rummen och atmosfären. Vi kunde tyvärr inte testa poolområdet pga sjuka barn men det var ett bra hotell att vara sjuk i. Nära till 7 eleven och lätt att köpa mat från hotellet till rummet.
Köer i receptionen. Varje gång jag ville fråga något eller checka in/ checka ut var det långa köer i receptionen.

Easy to get around, lots of facilities within the hotel, great location, friendly staff.
Some of the facilities felt dated, and not as many modern features like power points/chargers easily accessible next to the bed.

Always a decent time at this property. The staff seem pretty courteous and make decent drinks when they finally get to you.
The property seems ran down. Specifically the pool is missing tiles and the rooms could use some updating. The staff takes a long time to wait on you and the drinks and food are way over priced.
