Waited an hour and 30 min for my room. It is a gated community and I did not know when I made the reservation.

Air conditioning did not work well and the condo was hot. Had to open windows and it was very loud.

No toiletries provided for a short stay, high price for very little amenities. Tip envelopes left on the table when housekeeping services were not provided.

large apartment and very clean with a nice balcony.
Offish receptionist and small unappealing room. lots of signs telling you not to do stuff, but unwelcoming.

The pool area was nice. The territory is clean, green, and nice. The kitchen had all the necessary staff.
The property window and the glass table were damaged, the bathroom and sink were clogged. The staff was rude and not polite. They didn't want to change rooms or fix the problem.

I would like to exchange bikes my friend and I like riding. But the male bike was to high..so we didn't ride..

Everything to love there
Really nothing, but if I can say 1 thing that we didn't care about the BBQ not a very happy using the electric BBQ it took so long to heat up. Food was dry using this.
