The bathroom had a. leak and to get towels it was a delay

Bed comfortable and looked clean, housekeeping staff very polite

The facility is in need of work, screen bent, windows chlorine scratch, door threshold, toilet seat falling off, handle to toilet two hands to flush, wall partition chips, desk chair peeling alot, trash and trash bags stacked outside window, bathroom shower needs caulk. No response over 2 days to our concern the phone did not work

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was adequate, the location was good.

The rooms and facilities were rundown, the bathroom sink faucet was very loose, the room needs repainting, drywall taping was loose, the bathroom fan vent was dirty.

The room was clean, big and comfortable. Parking was close by.

Its installations. It doesn’t really have a Lobby and hallways look old, specially the floor. Breakfast was fair: tea and coffee were not good, and “scrambled” eggs were fixed on the microwave. The tables were rarely cleaned up and there were full trash cans right there. Breakfast was served outside, near the pool. The idea is good but it is too open and gets uncomfortable if days are cold and windy, like it happened to us.

Nothing. Overrated. Falsely advertised. Way overpriced.

Overpriced. The advertising didn't match the booking. False pictures of what room looked like, plain and cheap, and dinged up furniture. Not enough parking for disabled, our room was for disabled but no parking by room had to park in another parking area by pool. I do not recommend this stay, especially for the price and accommodations. Looked like an older apartment building and to get to our room the walkway outside between the rooms was flooded so our shoes got soaked. The deposit fee of $100 was ridiculous. Nothing in your room was worth $100. It's an inconvenience to the customer to be charged a deposit when booking through a third party and insulting. Will not stay there agian!

Well maintained OLDER facility. Friendly and courteous housekeeping & desk staff Nice room, quiet & nice view of mountains Great breakfast poolside.

No luggage transport trolleys. Had to carry / schlep luggage to 2nd floor room with elevator usage. Really need trolleys for senior citizens & disabled.

Breakfast was poor: granola bars, yogurt and fruit cups. Some kind of bread and cereal option would have been better.

Everything rude staff didn't help at all then had you waiting for hours over something they could have told you hours prior. They're the laziest group I'm not even gonna say the word staff cause a staff is a team. Disgusting attitudes horrible customer services garbage

This is an older property that could use a little TLC!

The staff was amazing. They have AC in the rooms. The rooms were well stocked. Safe location, well lit plenty of parking

Needs upgrade for sure. The beds were not comfortable at all. The free breakfast was not good, not worth it. Overall you get what you pay for.

The room size was good

The pool was warm like bath water. We couldn’t swim during the day when it was 112* out! We were in our room all day long. Also, the entire carpet in our room was soaked from a leaking ac unit. We couldn’t switch room because we had connecting 2 rooms.

Fair, considering it was in a bag. Understandable considering it’s Covid precautions.

No ice machines working. Bathtub had problems draining. Internet was in and out. No bell carts. Not very friendly
