Check in was smooth, location was convenient.

When we went to check out, I couldn't find anyone at the front desk.

Entire shower badly needed repair and water was lukewarm.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel (filthy) and seemed like a lot of homeless were living there. There were several vehicles in the parking lot that appeared were those of people living in their cars

Problem with door lock. Keys had to be replaced twice. No hair dryer in the room. Trash was left in the room from the previous guest. shower hot and cold water is reversed. Breakfast was a JOKE. COFFEE AND MUFFIN IS NOT CONSIDERED BREAKFAST. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY EXTENED STAY AND WILL DISCOURAGE MY FAMILY STAYING THERE. IF I COULD WOULD REQUEST PARTIAL REIMBURESEMENT.

my room was dirty!! floor was sticky, shower dirty, toilet not clean, bathroom counter was dirty, beds were very uncomfortable.

There was a recliner in the room and having a full fridge was really convenient. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The linens were clean. The ac was really efficient

The pool closed too early, carpets were stained, counters were stained and really badly scratched, curtains had tiny holes but big enough that the light shown through and was noticeable. The room just felt a little run down.

there was no drain stopper in the bathroom sink and a toothpaste cap that had fallen and was stuck down the drain. The toilet kept running cause it had a slow leak. There was no hair dryer in the room. no coffee maker or cups. There was no closet just an open space to hang clothes the breakfast was coffee and pre-packaged muffins. the cabinetry was all banged up and shabby. There is no lobby or indoor open space to gather. the staff was nice and helpful. but with so many choices I’m sure we won’t be back.

It was ok, but It should be specified that breakfast consists of coffee/tea and a muffin/snack bars/oatmeal packets.

The hallway smells old, might be the carpet. The room was clean and confortable though.

ok location, about 15 minute walk to the centre of Palm Springs. Ample free parking

the rooms are VERY dated, chips in woodwork and faucets broken, the carpets are in desperate need of changing

I love Ext. Stay America's! The breakfast is always great and the suite style rooms help when you're away for long periods.

As a result of Covid, the entire stock of kitchen supplies has to be requested from the front desk, which was more of an inconvenience rather than making us feel "safe and sanitary".

I’d like having a kitchen with a microwave, stove and fridge. It was nice to see people with their pets as well.

-It would be nice to have contact free check in and check out. -Unfortunately the room had some burn marks on the counter and floor.
