It felt like being a guest in someone’s home. Jacky and Alice are so gracious and welcoming.

The couch was not very comfortable and the TV was small and far away from it. Just minor inconveniences really, not a deal breaker. And, although a few complimentary bottles of water were provided, having a couple of glasses/plastic cups in the room would be a nice option for water out of the tap.

The suite (2rooms) were very spacious and comfortable. Instructions for self check in were easy to use and the host popped in to see that everything was to our liking. We were also sent information on attractions for the area which we found helpful. Location, walking distance to the falls but also a quiet area Nice deck with seating to enjoy overlooking the garden, also with seating. Breakfast was included and hosts Alice and Jacky were always attentive you our needs.

The size of the room was amazing and large. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The house was walking distance from most everything which always very useful.

Location was within perfect walking distance to the falls, fireworks and all tourist attractions. Quiet neighborhood, friendly hosts, variety of foods for breakfast and easy access to check in.

My partner struggled with allergies, due to older carpet even though the room was very clean.

A small microwave in the sitting room alongside the refrigerator would be a very much appreciated item. And perhaps just a small flatscreen tv mounted on the wall opposite the sofa in the main sitting room would also be a nice extra feature.

The parking was very tight. We appreciated the availability, but would have brought a different car that was smaller.

Great amount of space, nice quiet neighbourhood but still only a short walk into town. Free parking is excellent!! Comfy bed, streaming options on TV were very handy.

Nothing that I didn't like, just some comments. The notes on Booking.com said coffee and tea making in the room. I didn't have one. I also didn't need one, so didn't really notice until the last day. It would be nice to have a breakfast to go option for early risers. I had to be out before their breakfast time one day so had to buy breakfast.

I feel they should wait till the guests come to breakfast to prepare it or at least put it in the oven to keep the food hot as the eggs and pancakes were just barely warm but the food was very good just could have been warmer

Wonderful friendly hosts; beautiful, comfortable suite of rooms; tasty breakfast; easy walk to centre of Niagara. Would definitely hope to stay here again if I ever come back to the area

Location concerned me in the evening Television programming was not available as advertised. Would have been nice to watch a movie

Just some noize from the upper room but it was OK.

a very clean, comfortable and cozy place with really nice host! I can not compliment more about the cleanness! I large suite with private bathroom and dinning room! Everything was clean and tidy with anything you may need! The breakfast was very delicious! it is 7 minutes walk from city center I highly recommend this place!

Owners are very personable and friendly. Breakfast was great each day. We enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient, and we were able to walk to the WeGo bus station, where we could get around to the attractions.

Couldn't figure out how to get local news on TV.

Location and price couldn't be beat! Breakfast was just enough not to little or to much, everything was perfect!

Had a problem with the door password but she had a neighbour over there In no time to let us in. I always seem to have a problem with the door codes when trying to open a door with them.

very clean and quiet

did not have a hot plate in room or coffee table to eat on. I was there for 31 days needed a hot plate to cook on and a place to eat.

The couple who own it are nice. Its within walking distance of downtown. The breakfast was mediocre.

The mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep and my back hurt for days afterwards. The furniture was very old and dated. They have a tiny TV on the wall in a big room that is separate from the bedroom and the only place to sit is on a hard couch from the 1970s.

Susan's vila is located in a nice neighbourhood 20 minutes away from the attractions. It was exceptionally clean and our suite was quite large. Alice was so friendly with us, and the breakfast was delicious.
