The breakfast meals were different and the hot chocolate machine

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was out of order

The facility was super clean, well manicured and maintained. It was a pleasure to stay here! Ed, the employee who checked me, showed Great patience, Understanding, empathy as I tries to resolve a credit card issue. Es also st me up to receive points for stays. He represents you very well and made me feel confident and comfortable as the challenge I was having unfolded. I greatly Appreciated the support I Received and the time afforded to Me. Ed went far beyond what would be reasonable to Expect. My gratitude and appreciation are Sincere! Ill be back And will Recommend tour Hotel readily!

Clean and quiet. Close to Abbotsford Airport and restaurants etc.

beds were amazing, nice and quiet too

the pool was coldand hot tub luke warm. The air in the pool room mustve been 15 degrees or less

i left an electric toothbrush at the property the staff were very unhelpful in helping me to get it returned. was an unnecessarily complicated and stressful process.

Could have bigger room - hardly had any space to move around
