Dionte greeted us and checked us in. He was very friendly and engaging. The check in was quick. He directed us to the elevators and described breakfast/pool/workout area. When he found out we were in Chicago for my son's birthday, he let my son select a couple snacks from the pantry area! Very sweet and kind!
The room was perfect; plenty of room for the four of us. The location was perfect for our weekend plans - we were able to easily walk wherever we needed to go.
The pillows were not so great. That's about it!

This hotel was quite exceptional. It was very clean, the breakfast was spacious and full of options, and the staff went above and beyond. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful, especially the concierge, woman stocking the breakfast, Arthur and another young man whose began with the letter Y. I would definitely return to this location.

Notre suite 1 chambre 2 lits Queen était très bien pour une famille de 4: bon volume, bien équipée, propre.

Great response times from staff. I was under the impression that the room would have a fold away bed and sofa bed from the description on the web site, but had to have the fold away bed/cot delivered at an extra charge. But their response was quick!
Breakfast was free but selection was limited. King bed was lumpy with no support. Sofa bed was horrible.

It’s close to fire station and we kept hearing loud ambulances all around. No one bothered to clean our room when we went out during the day. The break fast was crowded unplanned. The lifts take ever to stop at floor.

Transport options available - buses , redline. Navy pier was a walkable distance and so is Chicago downtown.
Breakfast was repetitive.
No main light in the bedroom, always seems dark in the room.

Near a firehouse, no view. We liked the free all-day coffee but suggest providing a water jug/dispenser with maybe some lemons or other fresh fruit- especially in the summer heat. We were looking for ice water all the time.

$100/night hold on credit card was excessive. I requested 2 beds(traveling with my sister) but they tried to get me to take 1-bed room even though I specified 2 in the reservation.

really nice stay, if someone wants to stay downtown Chicago, this is certainly a very good choice in my eyes; especially hospitality and customer service was absolutely great (I faced „challenges“ with my credit card… and they resolved it really pragmatic!). Thank you team @ Hampton Inn THANK YOU especially to Jody!!!
Check-in took quite a while… indeed we arrived Saturday afternoon and it was definitely check-in „prime time“ with a long queue

Clean facility
Complimentary coffee was on the second floor. Inconvenient to go up and down.

The one elevator that ran for the duration of the weekend out of the 3 total that should be available. Long waits to get to your room from the lobby or the breakfast area.

the team made all the difference in the hosting experience. very kind and always there to help. Some highlights include Noor, who helped me change rooms, the concierge and the girl who organized breakfast! the hotel is super well located, full of restaurants and bars around.
Nothing. the fact that the cutlery and plates at breakfast were made of plastic. Firefighter siren noise in the rooms, but nothing unbearable.

I liked the comforters on the beds. It was unseasonably cold when we were there and the bed was warm and comfy. I also liked the way the bathroom was set up with extra shelves that pulled out to provide extra space for all of your toiletries.

Wi-fi was good enough to work and attend meetings. We had the possibility to store our bags for free after check-out. Close to everything you might need. Bed was comfy and the room spacious. We were upgrades to a suite for free. Plenty of towels. We had a hairdryer, iron, microwave and other things at our disposal.
Breakfast didn’t have many options but I’ve come to notice that this is something normal in the US.

Localização excepcional, perto de todos os pontos importantes da cidade. Bairro com muito restaurante bom e bares legais. Quarto muito bom e espaçoso. Cama gigantesca, muito boa!! Café da manhã excelente também, muita opção de tudo. Recomendo este hotel.
O barulho da sirene dos bombeiros de chicago é bem alto mesmo, mas não incomoda muito.
