No smoking area that was comfortable

The interior of the hotel is sleek. Quite spacious room for downtown Chicago standard, and the beddings are comfortable. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. A few minutes' walk away from the Magnificent Mile.

It would be better to have a microwave at the room, particularly since the on-site restaurant was closed due to Covid situation. You had to take another elevator from the lobby to the ground floor, which itself was undergoing some construction work.

Loved the floor to ceiling window wall w/ the view of the city - beautiful! Beds were very comfortable

Wished there was coffee available in the lobby or the restaurant earlier than 7:00 am, as I get up early and like more than a cup that is offered in the room.

The hotel is really pretty inside and out and is perfectly located; not too far from the airport and walking distance from a lot of attractions in the city. The room is comfortable and we had a nice view. The staff is very sweet and professional. I’d definitely stay here again.

I've been staying here almost every weekend just because 😅🤣 the views are amazing. The rooms have see thru showers 😏 I love the location perfect for literally everything

The location of the Eurostar is great, very centralized and easy to catch any sort of transportation from. Also, quite walkable to the river and lake districts on a nice day.

The room on the backside wasn't the best. The only natural light you get is from a window in a door to a balcony that doesn't open, this made the room a little more dark and closed off than I would like. However, if you luck out and get a front side room, your lighting is really nice.

I liked the design and the warm feeling. Lobby smelled incredible. Cute bar and small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, wasn’t ever very busy though so we passed on eating there. Beds and pillows were comfy.

Wasn’t told there was a $100 deposit that won’t be returned for a week after your stay, the parking garage is a block away and for two night it was over $100 in which the hotel said was only $35/night, I called as I was leaving the garage and the guy who answered from the hotel was extremely rude and said I was doing something wrong that it should only be $35, how could I enter the ticket into a machine the wrong way?! Asked if I needed to come to the front desk to sort it out and he was rude again, laughed and hung up the phone on me. Room was small, bathroom door didn’t stay closed it would just slide all the way back open so no privacy at all, no door on shower so everything would get soaked, ice machine is on one floor which was very sketchy, it almost felt like an abandoned floor which I just thought was weird.

Beautiful room, very comfortable & clean. The only thing I would have improved was the restroom/wardrobe door. I would have liked separate doors but this wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

The location, cleanliness, staff and value were exceptional. I would definitely recommend this location and hope to be back again! We came for a concert at Wrigley field and getting to and from was easy and accessible. So many walking points from this hotel- Starbucks, the Red Head Piano bar and great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, very attentive staff and very friendly. The only negative was the Valet parking price, $60.00/night was steep.

The view was spectacular. We loved the floor to ceiling windows. The shower was also amazing.
