We made a reservation and arrived at 1:30 in the morning. The girl said she had not our reservation and no room available so she just threw out of the hotel in the middle of the night without any help. Even if the girl said she didn’t had our reservation and no room for us (we didn’t sleep there), she charged us the night. How can she charge us if she don’t have any reservation at our name??? Almost 3 months later Kinzie is still not responding to the messages and we didn’t get any refund yet.

Todo, tenia muchos detalles. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar dando soluciones a todo. Habitacion amplia, cama, y baño. Muh limpio, desayuno, happh hour. Excepcional

Por ponerle un pero, la zona de desayuno es pequeña para albergar a todo el hotel. Y se hace incomodo el poder coger el desayuno o encontrar sitio

While my reservation through booking.com was for a double room including breakfast (at a higher rate than just a double room), I was surprised to learn at check in that I would have to pay an "activity fee" which would include a "complimentary" breakfast and happy hour. Your listings should include the activity fee will be collected at check in and there should NOT be a separate listing for the room plus continental breakfast if it is also part of the activity fee. I ended up paying twice - not worth it!

The hotel accommodated all our requests, the staff were friendly and helpful and the gym was well equipped for a hotel gym. Good that your get breakfast and evening drinks included

Breakfast whilst extensive for a continental should be topped up a bit more especially towards the end. Room should have a kettle for tea (!). Breakfast and drinks area was very tired looking. Whole hotel lacked windows and natural light

valet and check in people were excellent and rooms were clean.
