The location is great and beautiful, the city is super busy don't matter the time but inside the building is so quiet. Other than that, a beautiful city with a lot to do for grown ups and kids/teens.

The breakfast area, I understand its super busy with all the guests but they need more organization and varieties on food, we ate the same thing the whole 7 days we stay there. Don't rent a car if you are just staying in the surrounding areas, the parking fees are over the roof and not worth it. And the hotel charge more than what they tell you on booking, I have stayed in better and bigger hotels for cheaper with a kitchenette, we are a family of 5.

Breakfast was incredibly delicious, staff super helpful and friendly. Room was decent size , beds pretty comfy. Parking was little bit complicated but Location was great.

The bathroom was little tiny but clean.

El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro y cercano a los lugares turísticos. Muy confortable y buenas atención. El desayunos muy variado para todo gusto, un Gym disponible las 24 horas. Se habla de parqueo que si lo tienen disponible pero es un costo aparte que no lo mencionan en la presentación sino que te lo dicen por correo un par de dias antes. pero bueno en todo caso hay parqueo si vas en tu vehículo. Por el resto sin novedad super recomendado y sus precios bastante aceptables.

Lo del parqueo que es un costo adicional y que no te lo incluyen en la cotización sino que uno se entera después!

Todo estuvo muy bien muy limpio cómodo y muy amables excelente ubicación en el centro puedes salir a caminar y andar por todo el downtown sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos mi familia y yo en este hotel el desayuno estuvo excelente es muy variado diferentes opciones

The view from the room was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was available for the 3 days of my stay and it was wonderful. The location is in downtown so it was easy to commute across places.

Staff was kind upon check in and throughout the stay. The location is perfect for wandering the city. Breakfast was good and kept stocked.

The room felt incredibly tight and small and you could hear everything that was happening out in the hall. Feels like the price of the room was way higher than it should have been.

The noise of the streets. All night long. And not knowing the unknown of the hotel.

The location and the bar. The bar had good food and drinks, reasonably priced.

Reserved my suite over a month ago with a city few. Got there, the room wasn't ready, told to come back after 4, at 5:30 STILL not ready. He said they were trying to get people out of the room, but check-out is at 11am, so why were they still there at 5:30pm? We took a different room because we had a show to go to, needed to shower and change. The front desk person said he would give me a whole $9 off the room and a late check-out (12pm) for the inconvenience. He lied and said check-out was 10am when it's really 11am, so tried to pretend like he was giving us 2 hrs. Layout of the room weird, toilet kept running, could hear ALL of the noise from the street, sofa sleeper all springs (whole body ached in the morning), and panel peeling from desk. Told this to the front desk clerk in the morning, she tells me they had overbooked, gave my room away and would give me a $60 credit. Got the bill and they only knocked approximately $34. She lied also.

The customer service was spectacular!! I’d definitely stay at this location again!

At one point there was only one elevator working making it take longer to go back to our room.

The hotel was well situated and clean. The view was very nice! I really appreciated the front staff, that were always helpful and agreeable!

The breakfast buffet could be bigger

good location, nice lobby to hang out in especially during a very cold weekend. Rooms were very comfortable. I liked having the sink outside of the room with the toilet and shower.

There was a drive by shooting 10 minutes after we walked in. We heard the gun shots from our room and the entrance was shot up. This is not the hotel's fault. But an unsettling experience nonetheless.
