Everything was just perfect

We had a noisy neighbour but it was dealt with within minutes

All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent with it only being a short walk into Beverly Hills. The room was spacious with everything we needed

Wir haben eine Upgrade der Suite bekommen, direkt neben der Baustelle, sodass die Scheinwerfer direkt in unser Zimmer geschienen haben. Das Badezimmer roch so, als hätte da jemand früher geraucht. Parkingservice verlangt genau den gleichen Preis für Hotelgäste wie für andere Gäste und unser Auto wurde einmal verstellt, sodass wir fast 1 Stunde warten mussten bis es wiedergefunden wurde. Für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse erwarte ich was anderes

No free wi-fi without Hilton members

The hotel is nicely located in Beverley Hills, the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. There is a free shuttle that takes guests to destinations within a mile of the hotel.

We were put in the West Tower and had to endure noise from construction trucks at a site across the street. The noise continued until about 2 a.m. and resumed early the next morning. An area of approximately 4 feet by 5 feet of the floor next to the window was soaking wet. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until I sat on the wet carpet to exercise.

Dieses Hotel hat Geschichte und ist legendär. Die Lage ist natürlich toll, wenn man Beverly Hills und Hollywood in den Fokus nimmt. Ein durchweg super freundliches, professionelles und aufmerksames Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt begleitet - das fing bei der Parkeinweisung/Valet Parking an, über den Check in und zog sich durch bis zur Rückgabe des Autos. Unser Zimmer im 5. Stock war sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit großem Balkon. Oftmals sind es auch die Details, die den Unterschied machen - Pflegeprodukte, Wasserflaschen im Auto bei Rückgabe usw.. Wir waren in einigen Hotels dieser Kategorie, insbesondere auch von Hilton, - das Beverly Hilton hat mich/uns begeistert. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen und war bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.
