It was clean and front beach

Fee for parking. No chairs or lounge chairs around the pool. We were told we could rent chairs on the beach. We are charged $16 a day to park and then told we can rent a chair to sit by the pool! I spent over $800 and didn't have a chair to sit in by the pool. Horrible customer service!

The property was ocean front so the view of the sunrise was spectacular

The room was clean but dated. The sweep was hanging off the front door, so any big or insect cools r have gotten in. The pillows were as flat as a board. There were hardly any lounge chairs by the pool.

Overall it was clean and near a lot of restaurants

The room gave off a strange odor when we first walked in.

the property was great, it wasn’t crowded with people. The lady at the front desk was very busy, but also very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay, except the elevators were a bit slow.

The check-in was extremely chaotic. There was a line of kid people all day waiting for a room. We arrived on property around 1:30PM and did not receive a room key until 5:30PM. This may have been extended if I had not gone to front desk periodically to see if a room had become available. They told us we could lounge at pool until room ready, but there was no place to change except a bathroom, there were only 6 lounge chairs and a few tables with chairs, all of which were spoken for and they had no beach towels of any sort to at minimum sit on the concrete near the the pool. There was one young lady at front desk who was a trooper. She handled a tremendous amount of complaints and angry hotel guests waiting for a room without ever letting her frustrations show.

Oceanfront sights and sounds. Hot brekkie. Comfortable clean room. Nice bathroom.

Parking was at a premium. Difficult to find later at night. Nightly charge for parking.

Very good location. Beach is exacly in front of hotel with direct access but due to wather we just walk not swim. It was not so far from Daytona speedway and other attractions. Rooms was big enough, clean. Breakfast was good, small choices but tasty

We spend here only two nights and one day so it is diffucult to say anything against

The location was great and we loved having an oceanfront room.

The AC was very loud and the parking was terrible. Small spots and not enough handicap parking. It was very difficult to pull into some of the spots. The bed frame was a hazard for us. Its design caused both me and my husband to bump our legs on the frame. Not fun in the middle of the night.

I stayed there for two nights and no one cleaned the room. I also asked for towels about 5 or 6 times and no one responded. We had to take showers without drying ourselves.

The breakfast was wonderful. The location was ok except for the construction and the parking lot was full.

The hotel was clean and well kept. Great breakfast and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
