There was no breakfast location was good

It was nothing like pictures. Mold in the shower floors dirty it turned our feet black the wall Ac unit was filthy . And the kitchen appliances and cabinets were sticky the walk way was horrible grass needed to be cut the Ac didn’t work that good . Of I could have gotten my money back that day we would have stayed some where else . We had to go and buy cleaning supplies to clean up so we could stay we had roach motels cartridge all over the place .

The advertisment said we would be beach side. When we showed up the office was closed. We called the # on the door for the lady to give us our room number and the code to the key box to unlock our door across the st from the beach (reserved beach side. As we got close to our room, a drunk lady greeted us picking our key up from under the door mat. Once inside there were Roches on the floor. The lady told me "if you live in Florida you will have roaches". (I in Florida and don't have roaches in our house!!!) I noticed we had a window in our room so I opened the curtains and we were a sidewalk away from A1A and the traffic noises. I also noticed our bottom floor window right on A1A DID NOT lock! I pushed the window back open than closed it and the locks still didn't work but the window got jammed after a couple tries. I knocked on the drunk ladies door that showed us our key under the mat and explained to her our room was not safe without a locking window. She called her boss which I spoke to and the boss says "she has no other rooms and we have to deal with it or leave".She never said she could have the window locks worked on or even bring us a board to put in the window so no riff raff breaks in while we sleep. Therefore we left. We contacted Booking.com for a refund. Booking.com contacted the motel and they refused to return our money for me and my girlfriend not being safe in a room directly on A1A and the non locking window was jammed.Not to mention they also false advertise they have a pool. The drunk lady told us "there pool hasn't worked since the last storm" and to go beach side and use the neighbors motel pool they won't mind "?? I contacted the motel personally and explained to them the window is jammed because it was not properly installed/old and no locks.This is thee worst experiences with this site i won't use it again and I would NEVER recommend ANYONE staying at this place!!

EVERYTHING....Never made it to our room....NO ONE there to check us in...received a "check-in" email after we left....constructive workers outside had no idea where anyone was....VERY odd!!!!!! Were told NONE of this prior to check-in......Place looked rough from the outside! Paid up front.....getting money back now.....

We left 9 or 10 hours into a 5 day trip, we never stayed there.!!!! My bed was infested with bed bugs and I was eaten alive. I have bites and sores over my whole body. And Daytona Beach shores inn has stolen my money and will not give me my money back!!!!
