Overall very good hotel in great location for me. Knowlegeable and friendly staff.

Had one regular room, view of top of flat roof bldg, and one with a city view, view of top of city parking garage. Very little difference between the two, certainly not enough to pay more for the city view.

Location was great. Connected to convention center which is what we were in town for, but also walkable to most Fort Wayne attractions and several restaurants/bars.

Room was not particularly clean, the bathroom in particular. There was crusty old urine on and around the toilet. There was trash on the floor right outside our room that stayed there the 2 nights we stayed, and our room was not cleaned during the day. They skipped right over ours because I saw the ladies in the hall cleaning. We didn't need much done, would have just been nice to have trash emptied.

Bed was comfortable. Had a nice bar

Pool was really small. My daughter was laying in bed and noticed a huge blood stain on one of the sheets and also it didn’t look like housekeeping cleaned the room. So the Security guard gave us another room and there was grease stains on two of the pillows in that room, and a stain on the mattress, by then it was too late in the night to switch again and we were too tired.

Beautiful place! The staff are very accommodating and nice.

For the price it should include parking but it doesn't, you either pay by the hour at the parking garage or you pay $15 a night

Location was great, unfortunately did not make up for serious shortfalls in property. There are other hotels in the immediate area so this one's going to have to make some changes to re-earn my business. A/C , heat, and water worked, and it had a roof.

Booked the city view room for a romantic night with my wife. Upon arrival was told that it wasn't available. Was "upgraded" to a deluxe room which was 30% larger with no other amenities-mainly due to it being on the end of the building and sharing a wall with the electrical room and stairwell, and a view of the top of the parking garage. Also adjacent to the main street through town and heavy traffic, most of which was very audible in room. While walking to it noticed that housekeeping was just then making up all the "unavailable" city view rooms-at 1930 hours. Room was noisy, decor dated and worn, and had the 80's refuge popcorn ceiling. Fairly clean, but I've been in a lot better recently. Behind bath door hadn't been cleaned in a long while apparently. Mattress redefined lumpy, and was visibly so. Didn't complain because I didn't want to ruin whatever we could salvage of the romantic night. About 0030 hrs went to talk to front desk manager Valeria. Discussed room, manager offered to change rooms, but still not to the city view we'd booked, or provide small discount. Stated that our city view room had been unavailable due to an overflowing toilet, but had no comment when I pointed out the that whole line of rooms was still being made up by housekeeping when we checked in. Manager was also dismissive and made several smart aleck comments. Very disappointed. Clerk could have simply been up front when we checked in, and asked us if we would mind waiting a few minutes while the room was made up, and possibly provided a couple comp tickets for a drink in the bar or the non-complimentary breakfast-that's the way to earn repeat business. I've booked clients there in the past-after staying here I won't be making that mistake.

Our room wasn’t fully cleaned after the last persons stay. Leftover stuff in the fridge and hair all over the bathroom floor.

Overall I liked how clean it was and the soft beds. I only went there to see my brother Who I haven't seen in about 7 years And hes a pilot and that's the hotel they put him in.

For what I paid for it it wasn't worth it in my opinion. The door to the bathroom hit the toilet. For the view I saw a flat roof And some lights. To work the elevator you had to put your card on there and then push your floor number. I didn't quite figure that out the 1st time. I had troubles finding just regular coffee in Creamer. The ones they had in the room were a one cup deal and they only gave you 1 Creamer per cup. By the time it came to parking my receipt said only $15 but they charged $24.60 for parking. I wouldn't say there again because it's just not worth the money. We didn't even go swimming, though the water was warm it was still so small.
