The staff were friendly and attentive. The staff were all very welcoming!!

The hotel needs updates.. get rid of the dirty carpet in the elevator and replace with tile. The bedding needs to be replaced. The bed skirting need to be replaced. The tub was dark and needed resurfaced. Get rid of carpet in the dining area so the employees can clean it with efficiency.

The only issue we had was our toilet didn’t flush well. We had to flush 2-3 times before it cleared.

Even though I booked in advance and paid in advance they didn't have a room for me, tried to put me in sidtr property that had no rooms and I had to scramble to find a room which was subpar to what I wanted

My room was dirty there was trash in the trash can found rolling papers in the bathroom by the toilet and the staff did care to hear it. I asked for rooms to be close together and we ended up on different floors

I wish they would have put on the website that they were under remodeling . There was a hockey team of children staying that were running up-and-down didn't get a whole lot of rest.

The night staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

It will be the hotel was under construction. I understood that, but they made no attempts to keep the dust clean for entire week and stay not a single vacuum was used that I saw. Everything was coated with dust an old furniture line to the hallway. We were placed into the incorrect room, I booked a Jacuzzi room and was given a standard double Queen. They did move us but it took quite a bit of time in arguing for them to not charge us more than they already did periour room keys quit working the next morning. When we asked the desk about it they said we were only allowed to have one key because it was a glitch for that room specifically. I was charged for 3 nights but stayed for 2, when I showed the staff my charges on my debit card they told me there was nothing they could do about it until Monday afternoon. That meant a whole weekend with an extra $140 charging on my account. The heated indoor pool was too cold to safely use, the hot tub was closed. There was unpainted patchwork around the Jacuzzi in my room that looked very tacky, the carpet was patch repaired and the seam was uneven and caught our shoes, it looks really gross. We were given rollerway beds because they couldn't accommodate our initial booking, the mattresses were Filthy and they did not provide pillows.

The room was very clean and bug free! We had a few places to eat right by and it was easy to get to from the Interstate. The area seemed safe and well kept. The breakfast bar had something for everyone and healthy options too. The hot tub and pool area was clean and stocked with towels!

Our room smelled of paint and the bathroom exhaust fan didnt work so had that smell the whole night. The beds need new mattress The pool was pretty cold so stick to the hot tub!
