Location & clean! We just got off a cruise & the lady at the front desk let us check in early, we thought that was so nice! We really appreciate that!

The pillows was horrible & the plastic on the bed made you hot! Dust was packed in the air & heating units!

The facility was disgusting, pool was dirty. Gnats EVERYWHERE. No air in the lobby and had to have our unit completely changed out. Scum on the shower, stains on bedding. Disgusting period.

The staff that didn't understand English

I loved seeing the Navy F18 fighters flying over the hotel on their training missions. I was a student naval aviator long ago and but I did not make it to that that level. Loved the location next to the boardwalk overlooking the ocean!

Location too far for us to drive compared to OC MD.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and even told me she was looking forward to meeting me because my last name is unique- she was VERY personable!! Rooms were clean and the ocean view was beautiful! Beds were comfy and it was a quiet stay! Weather didn’t cooperate the whole time, but we were able to chill in our room comfortably.

We were disappointed that the pool want open. It was down for maintenance, which we understood. One of the elevators smelled strongly of marijuana on our second day. The lobby and hallways didn’t have that smell. The rest was clean!

The maintenance guy helped us with our tv issues. He was so helpful and nice! That was really the only thing nice about this place.

For starters, the place is unappealing and run down. Simple things are not even addressed like walls needing to be painted. The lobby is uninviting and just looks old. The staff checking us in were not even friendly. The rooms need to be updated desperately. Everything was in need of TLC. The worst part of our stay was the safety of guests was put in jeopardy. One of the stairwell egresses leading outside was bolted shut with no signs inside letting guests know how to evacuate in case of fire or emergency. There was one working stairwell leading to outside but you wouldnt know this unless you asked why the other staircase (close to our room) was bolted shut from the other side not allowing anyone to exit. There was no stairwell access at all from the lobby up to our floor. You had to use the elevator. It not only felt unsafe, but probably was a violation of fire/osha laws.

Me and my spouse use ocean resort as our little escape from reality time and time again. Always fair pricing and never any complaints

Nothing I loved everything

No breakfast, noisy from work on the motel, fire alarms kept sounding, holes and cracks in walls, looked nothing like the picture on the website
