Friendly staff

The first room I received looked like there was a battle inside. Bathroom door was broken in, and it made me feel like I was in a bad movie. I was moved to a new room which was OK, there were cigarette burns on the comforter and the room smelled very Smokey. I only stayed 1 night because I have my well-behaved, dog on vacation and her dog sitter couldn’t take her to the next day. My son stayed at our family vacation rental and was very uncomfortable with me staying there.

We really loved the location and our kids absolutely loved the pool.

Certainly not how dirty it was.

Almost everything was dirty. Crumbs of black stuff in the bed, dirty corners on the floor, stains on pillow. We even saw a black bug jumping which is the main reason we left. I could tell the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned because we also found a piece of weed in one of the nightstands.

The location is in the middle of everything. The fact they except animals.

The pool

No continental breakfast! $375 I feel they could have Provided a continental breakfast all they had was coffee that was it.

The room was filthy!!! Dirty sheets, dirty blankets, crumps all over the counter, the microwave the bathroom was dirty I would never stay here again

the bed was very hard, the tv remote did not work, housekeeping never came to our room, the walls were chipped and paint peeling in the bathroom.

Good value for the area. Good location to the highway but like 30 minutes from the beaches. They did have a pool. Good decent / safe place to spend the night.

Better beds and pillows (softer) More towels for the room. Everything else was fine for the price.
