Central location only. Close to everything.

The AC was out in the common areas- lobby, pool. The place was overall dirty the elevator buttons and floor, the pool had food and trash on the patio, my room had visible treatment for pest, a pair of underwear was left behind the TV stand, there was mold under the TV. We did not stay. I wasn't comfortable and very unsatisfied with the accomodations.

There were cockroaches in the room so I asked for a new room and they told if I wasn’t satisfied then I can go to another hotel they refunded my money and sent me on my way

The pool stays open until 10 and breakfast is amazing

Staff was amazing.. I booked 2 rooms 1 was not in good standing and the other was exceptionally clean. At the end of it all we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Quality Inn.

It was close to our location

Our bathroom flooded over night woke up to water everywhere had to move rooms after being at a wrestling tournament all day it was absolutely ridiculous. The first bedroom we stayed in had someone’s dirty underwear just laying on the microwave, every single sheet had what look like blood or Takis stains all over them the ice machine didn’t work at all.

Everything, dirty, cockroach in the sink, floor, bathroom, bad bed, paid for a king bed was 2 dirty twin boxsprings base with a king mattress, sink in the middle, We were staying 2 nigths end up checking out next day. Breakfast área dirty, with cockroachs, the server dropped the spoon for the gritts and pick it up and barely rinsed out.

the property in general looked clean

i hated the staff, EXTREMELY RUDE! if a question was asked, the black lady in the front would catch an attitude and just offer you to cancel the reservation. she was racist with hispanics and definitely not a professional with customer service.

No towels or wash clothes until Saturday night, I checked in Friday night. I killed at least four roaches in my room, mainly in the bathroom. Noise on my floor all night,people running in the hallways.
