Stayed here last year for a festival and stayed again this year. Nothing fancy but location is great and staff is very nice.

we stayed for two nights and no one came in to make our beds and replenish towels, toilet paper, Kleenex etc

The location is great! Super close to lots of restaurants and shopping. It was very easy to catch the bus (there are several stops near the hotel) and see the rest of LA. There is an elevator to help get your luggage upstairs. The front desk was able to hold our luggage until we left for the airport. It's not a fancy room but had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in LA.

The room has a coffee pot and mini fridge but there is not a microwave in the room.

The only positive about this place is the bed is comfortable.

it was advertised as a queen room. when we walked in we found a bed not bigger then a double. I asked about it and he stood firm that the hotel only had queen and king beds. I did not feel like arguing so I agreed the pay $11 more dollars for a king bed. on booking it is advertised that the room has a microwave but it does not. Only has a fridge that doesn’t work well. In addition there is only one window in the front that does not open. so if you want fresh air you have to open up the front door. anyway was not worth $385 for 2 nights. would not recommend.

Rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is great. Only wish there was a microwave in the room. Enjoyed my stay here and would return again.

I felt like at times I was an inconvenience to front desk personnel. I've stayed her 3 times now Love it and will keep coming back

The room I stayed in was newly renovated and sooo CLEAN and comfortable. The beds and pillows were cozy and the amenities were plentiful, including a kcup coffee brewer and coffee pods, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, minifridge and safe. Everything was in great condition and seems brand new. Decor was simple and welcoming, and the price was so reasonable. And lastly but most importantly, the staff there was sooo great! Every one of them was helpful, friendly, sweet, and smiling. A special shoutout to Maria at the front desk and to Rozi the manager who both went above and beyond to ensure my stay was truly a blessing. I will always come back here when I am in the area!

The location was really great, across the street from Americana, down the block to Glendale Galaria and only 1 mile from business meeting. Parking on site was also a bonus. Front desk staff were very helpful with suggestions for local restaurants.
