Getting Hilton Honors points for my stay
Location was terrible, so noisy, on a busy street with cars honking, sirens, trucks beeping backing up, and asking was a nightmare. Language barrier was terrible with all but front desk staff. There are NO allergy friendly alternatives at the breakfast bar. Room was not ready at 3p when they say Check-in begins. Pool is always in the shade so it's worthless.

Location.
I use a walker and requested an accessible room when I booked the room. Booking.com confirmed the request. We showed up and no accessible rooms were available and they put us in a room in different zip code from the elevator. VERY disappointing.

Location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything. The Americana across the street as well as the galleria. Free breakfast every morning was a nice touch to wake up to. The staff was very nice. I requested extra coffee for the rooms and I received it almost immediately. They were also very accommodating of holding my bags post check out while I wander the area before heading to my flight. And I found the beds to be very comfortable.
If I had to complain about something it would be having the bare minimum basic cable for New Tv's. It's 2024, we need more than basic cable on TV.But this was not a deal breaker as I was on vacation and had various activities pre planned before heading out.

Staff was great, breakfast was good, parking was safe and plentiful, room was comfortable and clean, location was great - right across from a large shopping area.
Getting to check-in was a bit confusing. If you're traveling in your own vehicle, you have to enter the parking garage to check in.

The ac in the room could’ve been colder , also the mini fridge wasn’t cooling too much .

Been before…. good value… would like a better breakfast in terms of not so processed …staff are very good and housekeeping is very good
Lack of social space or a bar….also the tables in breakfast are never cleaned

It was nice cozy room. But it smells like smoke although it was a non smoking hotel.
