Nice and cozy room. Was very quiet and comfortable to spend the night in.

Walls very thin. I can hear everything next door. Other people's hair still on the pillows. Burn mark on the sheet. A 10 dollar deposit for a room key. Not even little shampoo, conditioners. Toilet paper was half way empty.

The staff was rude, mean and tried to tell us how much stuff we can take into our room. Everything was dirty and old, and smelly. I would never stay there again!!!!!!!

I like the room itself

I didn’t like how the staff made me feel like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Then they stated that I smoked in the room when I no for sure that didn’t happen this place is very uncomfortable to be in.

I USED A BLACK LIGHT INSIDE THE ENTIRE ROOM AND BATHROOM AND THE BATHROOM SHOWER CURTAINS LOOKED LIKE A CRIME SCENE. COULDN'T SMOKE. NO TRASH CANS TOWELS DIRTY MINI FRIDGE BROKE. WITHOUT THE BLACK LIGHT U WOULD NEVER NO. ALWAYS KEEP THAT BLACK LIGHT🤦🏿😉😜😂

The manager hung up in my face when I was trying to ask about the wifi. The maid front desk clerk lady tried to make it a hassle getting my $10 deposit back. Once she saw she would not get a negative reaction she quickly changed her tune. If they are rude, don’t be rude back, then you will get what you want.

The location

They gave our room away that was non-refundable with Booking.com because we arrived at 11 PM. They had a smoking room for the same price and wanted to charge us $15 extra for a non-smoking room with 2 beds. The room and carpet are dirty and needs to be painted. There was no blanket in the room. We have arrived many times late at night and have always had our room waiting for us. We were never notified of a time that our room would be given to someone else. I sure they were going to charge us regardless of showing up or not. Other reviews mention a fridge. We did not have one and were lucky to have 1 parking spot in tiny lot.

No breakfast was mentioned. Staff needs to work on improving the hospitality and people skills.
