The whole facility is outdated. We got into the room. The sheets were wrinkled, the toilet was dirty, with brown stains, there was hair in the bathtub, the carpet was dirty, everything was awful about this room. Clean room was very important becauseI have kids. I complain to the front desk and they told me to email the manager. I wanted to see if they give me some kind of reimbursement and they have not replied back. I am super unhappy and I cannot believe I paid $145 with a $100 deposit for this place. Please be careful with this place. It’s not in a good area and if you’re traveling with kids, the rooms are not clean.

Location it was close to everything we wanted to do.

The hot tub all the jets weren't working, but we still enjoyed it.

The pool was clean with a perfect temperature. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The coffee and “breakfast” of sugary pop tarts weren’t enjoyable, and probably shouldn’t be advertised as breakfast-included.

The hotel is cute when you walk in.

However the rooms have cracks in the walls and there are no fans I the bathrooms the tile was lose. My niece woke up with a piece of candy in her hair that was not hers. We reported it to management and they did nothing to compensate up. The tv situation was horrible. It doesn't work without you casting a app from your phone so that was a high pain. Beside the tv evening small. The elevator need to have a safety check it rattle and was extremely slow. The front desk staff did the very least to make you feel like they are happy you're there.
