Breakfast was good, lobby area was spacious.

While the room was clean for the most part it was not pristine. There was a popsicle stick on the floor and toothpaste on the wall. While these things are minor it makes the guest wonder, how clean is it really? Also, the hallways seemed dark.

Rooms could use some TLC. Loose wall outlet in living area hanging loose. Bedding looked very worn and dingy. The elevator wasn't working.

not clean, too expensive, no dinner mon-Thursday like other locations, NO HOT WATER, phone never answered when pressing zero. The location is independent and you can tell. Dust, stains, smells of cat urine in the halls. lots of dogs barking. too high for this atmosphere.

I found roaches in my room when I woke in the morning and turned on the lights. Microwave wouldn’t open all the way since it was put in right against a wall

The room was not clean. The tub was filthy. We had to clean the room.ourselves.

The breakfast was delicious. I’m glad I was able to enjoy a hot meal before heading to work. The bed was extra comfortable, I rested really well. Customer service was great!

House keeping can be better. Carpets especially in the hallways were filthy. The smell of animals lingered in the hallway. The furniture in the room was dusty. There was what looked like dog hair in the bathtub. I went to the front desk and was told housekeeping would take care of it . I went back to my room later the hair was still there. I went back to the front desk and the nice gentleman apologized and gave me another room. He also walked with me to the room to check if it was okay. I love that the Hilton properties I’ve visited had warm complimentary cookies. Well I was disappointed , no warm cookies.

I only have housekeeping service twice during my 7-day stay, actually the hotel should have provided daily housekeeping. I find the hotel is really unsafe. I went outside for about one hour and when I came back, I notice that someone entered my room and use my toilet without my permission. I thought it might be some housekeeper, but no one cleaned up my bed and room. I found that my toilet was used. Before going outside, I was pretty sure that I cleaned up my toilet, but when I was back, there was something in the toilet. The staff here didn’t help me find who did this horrible thing, and he didn’t provide any solution. I felt very worried and afraid, so I checked out immediately. No solution, no help, no refund, they even didn’t care about my situation, in which a female’s room is illegally entered and used. Come on, I booked this hotel because it is by Hilton and I always live in Hilton’s hotels. I was very disappointed and afraid and I will not choose such hotel any more.

the hotel was filthy. gum stuck to the wall behind the couch. streaks of brown stuff on the bathroom walls. the kitchen cabinet handles were broken. the worst of all the AC did not work. the room temperature read 88 degrees. it was a humid 80 degrees outside! the room smelt like cat urine.

The place needs remodeling, badly. Not the normal high maintenance standards of a HomeWood Suites. Cabinet handle fell off, wallpapered over switch cover, significant rust around the shower controls etc. Breakfast was great, coffee not so much.
