Sin agua para beber en la habitación, no tuve limpieza en mi cuarto, 4 noches y solo 1 día limpiaron

Clean and accessible

Front desk could not find my reservation and was very rude, once we figured out that the property had changed the name on the reservation there was no apology for making us wait 20 minutes trying to contact Booking CS

The staff were wonderfully helpful and there was no request too difficult that they were not willing to help with. Comfortable room and good facilities but it was the front of house staff that stood out.

Bed mattress is not good

Requires kindness and courtesy from staff . I almost wasted my money by canceling the reservation due to the lie of the staff.

It was close to the location our event was at. And NO it was not the Maverick

The hotel is very rundown, Elevator is crickety and noisy, The luggage carts had flat tires and could not be pushed around with only one person. You can't get in any of the outside doors only the front door. There were 2 women standing outside asking for money, the way they looked they were on drugs. they were also staying at the hotel. We checked in and the front desk person was not very nice, she walked us up to the room and opened the door; the room smelled and when I asked if it was a smoking room she informed that if WE smoke in the room there is a fine, I told her the room smells like smoke she said that she can bring up Febreze to help she also stated that they were booked and there where no other rooms,. we bought our own. I told her I booked a queen bed and paid more for it and she said this is the room we get. We had a pull behind enclosed trailer we were needing to park there on Sunday and she was very iffy about leaving it there with it not hooked up to our vehicle. We choose not to leave it after seeing the rest of the property. We will never stay there again.

The property was near the location that I needed to be close to. It was very convenient. The area is quiet and very inexpensive for that night. Will definitely stay again.

There was nothing I disliked about the property. The parking is sufficient. The staff is always pleasing. The stay was nice. I will definitely stay again.

room 321 had some issues. I booked last minute and I feel like they just through me in a unsatisfying room.

Toilet overflowed in my room, late at night so we had to switch rooms about 11pm. I paid for a breakfast included room but there was no breakfast available except made to order and it was not included in what I paid for. The staff said they could only give me $10 off one person I had three others with me. Also chose this hotel due to the laundry facilities so I could wash my kids basketball uniforms after their game and their laundry room was not available nor did they have an option for any laundry services. Phones in the room didn’t work so you had to go to the front desk for any service. Remote did not work. Overall not worth the price. I could’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel and they would’ve had the amenities I needed and paid for.

The rooms are nice and clean and spacious.

The hotel was doing some construction and the crew started working very early in the morning (around 6:30 a.m.) which woke us up and didn't allow us to get back to sleep despite not arriving from our flight until about 2 a.m. We also didn't get breakfast provided, despite it being part of the deal, because "the breakfast employees just didn't show up".

The only thing I didn’t like was there was no microwave in the room.😡
