Didnt go

Spider webs on the wall/ceiling and a spider on the wall. Neighbors in next room were arguing most of the evening and the male kept slamming the door. Called the front desk and complained and they said they would send someone. Don’t think they sent anyone because it continued into the night. Bed was too high off the floor for me and I fell in the floor trying to get in it the first time. I am 5 ft tall and am 76 years old. Called the front desk and asked for something to stand on to enable me to get in the bed and they told me they couldn’t help me. Very bad sleeping conditions. Very disappointing stay.

Location near my friends, hot water temperature was good

Almost everything, dirty carpet, holes in the bathroom wall, bathroom door, dirty Wall in the room. Booking.com should be ashame of itself giving this facility a spot in his plate form, there's no breakfast, I went to the front desk to ask 4 breakfast, the lady said that they don't have a breakfast for say, they have a small brown bag with a small muffin, a small bar and a bottle of water see a picture. That's a joke, that's a deception, a misleading advertisement

Right off the highway.

Staff was not inviting or informative, room had a funky smell, the inside of the comforter was so old and worn it looked like it had old clothes bunched up under the sheets, the floor was dirty in our room, and the bag breakfast was laughable.

Will never back again

this hotel is horrible and they said have breakfast and we even didn’t see a piece of cake and the room smells bad .All facilities are horrible and broken.it seems that they never clean the sink cause it is disgusting.

Very dirty, lots of traffic in and out of the hotel and room adjacent to mine all day and night, the window did not latch closed and was able to be opened from the outside on the first floor, the peephole was removed from my door allowing anyone to see in from the hallway.

Hotel was under construction. Room was trashy. Looked like it was rushed and poorly slapped together. Will not be staying here again.

Convenient to the interstate

I had stayed in another Wyndham hotel the night before MUCH nicer and was half the price of this location.

Bed was comfortable, had to us air wick to get smell out....

Said breakfast but it's pack-n -go breakfast wasn't pleasant....

my room was on the first floor

burn wholes in the comforter. it was supposed to be a couch in the room but it was a chair. the paint was pealing over all it was not how the pictures displayed the room. they didn’t serve breakfast like it said it would.

Close to shopping

Poor neighborhood, dirty floor, bathrooms, old and uncomfortable mattress.

Had a great pool and the kids got to play in the pool. They have been in the car all day traveling so the pool was important.

When we got to our room, there was only one light for the entire room. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedspread, and in the chair that was in the room. There was also cigarette ash in the AC unit, and the AC unit wasn't working properly.
