Easy to get to and close to food and stores

Facilities, value, and location.

breakfast coffee was empty 2 of 4 days on the first try. Had to come back for coffee. Th lateris was around 7:00AM both times. It could have been because the folks are asked to do too much at times.

Housekeeping & laundry wasn’t convenient for guest, policy states room will only be cleaned every 14 days, initially I had to re clean unit upon arrival, had to bring dirty laundry to front desk to switch out unit, smell of cigarette smoke in bathroom, reek of a pet.

the beds were hard and the pillows were flat.

dirty and used soap in bathroom. toilet was used had pee and toilet in it.

the staff the supervisor Tim is awesome I fell on hard times and him and his team has been the best helping me my mom and son out

I don’t like some of the individuals who stayed at the hotel but the hotel it’s self is great

Location was good for what we needed. Our room had been updated. I liked the laminate flooring instead of carpet. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly.

They were working on the elevators so we had to use the stairs which kind of was inconvenient because we were traveling with our 2 month old and had to carry the pack and play and all our luggage which was heavy. The stove hadn't been cleaned. They don't provide you with any dish soap or cleaning products if you use the kitchen.
