The room smelt like a dog or cat had been living in that room for a very long time. Was hard to get comfortable. Only reason I didn't say anything was because we checked in at 5 am and just wanted to sleep.

The pools was ok but that's it.

A lot was told after I reported multiple time the ac was not working at all times nor did I have a working toilet for 4 days that the management and someone else blamed my dogs for being hazardous when I have 3 small chihuahuas no aggressive non allergenic that staff has already been around and even told them it was ok to be in the room but still used that as an excuse why it never got fixed but yet did non of there employees make me aware of that out of all the time I asked and afterwards remembered if the dogs were the reason which they said they came to the room then why in the heck while I was there on break didn't someone come cause I remotely remember that I saw maintenence 1 day when I came back downstairs so my dogs being the excuse is no excuse just because other people have had bad dogs makes me tires of being blamed for some other people's doing. Plus when I asked to change rooms was told I was in the only dog room they had when I saw multiple people with dogs come in and out. I pay close to $500 for 4 days and am told I can't even get housekeeping until the 3rd day like wtf so now there taking cleaning away from us but yet want to say there covid free give me a break. Then I must of missed no elevator and was stuck on the second floor which I have a dog stroller for my girls instead of leashes I don't believe on sustaining my girls there's no need to if I can use a stroller plus I need to help me walk as I'm disabled and have RA a crippling disease but yet plenty of rooms on bottom floor. Reguardless of my girls or not this property is a judgmental and not acceptable to animals or people with disabilities and will be reporting them to the better business bureau and the attorney General. To not even be sorry but to use my dogs against your poor hotel and having to make me live without a working toilet cause dogs that they never said anything about is in human.

The cleanest of the hotel, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great!!!!

My kids say the breakfast was so nasty and disgusting 🤢 no good and we had to switch out 3 rooms in one day and there restrooms are no good and they gave us a room with no mattress and second room gave us a sofa bed with blood all on it and this 3rd room nasty as well.

Just everything wasn't professional enough and customer service is so poor.

The receptionist that checked me in was very professional, compassionate, and welcoming.

I have been a travel nurse since 2016, and have been everywhere, and I honestly can’t find anything negative to say .

The pool had a lot of Leaves , while watching a movie night at 1 am the whole electricity went all out ! The power came back around 4 am.
