L’établissement est vraiment très bien placé, en plein cœur de Miami beach Le lit est vraiment super confortable ! Gros + d’avoir frigo + micro onde + bouilloire dans la chambre

Petit bémol avec le personnel, nous avons demandé à laisser nos bagages (après le Check out) jusqu’à notre départ à l’aéroport (qui était à 21h) ils ont refusé en nous disant qu’il fallait venir récupérer les bagages avant 18h car après cette horaire là, il n’y aura plus personne qui travaillera dans l’hôtel. Nous acceptons. Puis dans l’après midi nous recevons un mail nous disant que nous devions venir récupérer les bagages avant 17h. Ce que nous avons du faire. Nous avons souhaitez attendre un peu dans l’accueil de l’hôtel pour ne pas se balader des heures avec nos bagages dans Miami, et nous nous sommes aperçu qu’il y avait toujours du personnel et que nous aurions donc pu laisser nos bagages. Un peu cher pour le service

Não gostamos de um vazamento no banheiro que estava dando nojo, avisamos assim que percebemos, mas nada foi feito.

cockroachs & damp smell

It was the worst experience ever. Hotel was u set construction, shower wouldn’t drain, shuttle was available. The hotel was dirty. I would like full refund.

the property seems to have severe water damage. no refrigerator in the room. small elevator and no continental breakfast no beach chairs or umbrella

was able to check out without any damage (in all respect) and with dignity

Very unprofessional and not at all helpful staff at least during check in, Elevator is a scary machine and hard to believe this type to elevator service existing on earth Didn't feel any help available around There is a non-functioning computer in the ? lobby, no internet option, no printing option etc etc

Room was avail when needed

Bed was super low- almost like a tatami mat. No ice avail had to exit the hotel and go thru some skanky alley to a neighboring hotel and use their machines. No glasses in the room. No breakfast. Odd steps in the lobby required us to carry luggage up multiple steps. Elevator was super tiny. I had to carry my luggage so we could fit and get door to close

Charming deco and room was clean.

Hotel is deceitful. Paid booking.com in full, including a resort fee. When I arrived, they insisted that they charge their own additional resort fee at check in.

it was in a ok location, near restaurants, parks, and not too far from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the closet was large.

The room was dark, the bathroom was a bit rough and the sink faucet was loose. It was advertised there was a mini fridge in the rooms, but there was not one in the room.

It should be considered a motel. if this place wasn't inn Miami I would find it hard to believee it would cost more then 40$ a night but being in Miami in a pretty good location they can charge like a hotel.

Housekeeping is not everyday ,I have stay for 4 days and it’s only 1 day housekeeping of room & cleaning of bins . Not happy

no fridge, hair dryer and microwave in the room. air conditioner was sooo loud we couldn’t use it in the night.
