The first room they gave us had bugs and a smacked tv and bleedy sheets. They acted like they couldn't change the sheets n wanted us too. And the second room the shower was dirty n the walls were leaking and everything was dirty. It's the worst hotel I have ever been too. Also when we asked to speak to a manager the managers son told us he didnt know the manager. They had cats everywhere. The laundry lady was high as hell. Buying from the housekeeper. This place needs to be shut down. They refused to give us our money back

Molded walls , stained bed sheets no replacement, molded chairs dirty showers

No hot water at all. I have bites all over me. Could be bed bugs but I'm unsure.

Everything was nasty and the sheets on the bed were dirty. The wall had a big hole and the bathroom had mole, with an old bath tube.

Spacious, closer to downtown and Quick Bites. Decent amount of furniture in the room, parking spaces, staff.

Stains on the sofa and one of the bed sheets. Towels were off color white. Fewer toiletries. Bed frame clanking noise everytime you sit at the end.

The staff is very nice and welcoming

I saw a few roaches and also the bathtub was a problem you can only take showers and since I work all day I want to be able to relax

There was no breakfast....the staff were really nice and the bed was wonderful. It was nice to have a microwave. The air conditional worked well, once we tied the curtain back from trapping all the cool air.

The stool was loose. The paper really thin. The freezer needed defrosting (so thick with ice it could not hold anything else).

It was an older property so for the shape it was in was pretty good. It was clean and easily accessible. There were 4 of us women and we didn't feel unsafe at all. I'd consider staying here again.

Our room smelled like old cigarette smoke. After a while we didn't smell it anymore but did every time we came in to the room. The other room we had smelled fine.

The room was big and bed comfortable.

There was no breakfast. No coffee pot . The room was big and the bed was comfortable but the floors were filthy so we kept our shoes on. There was no lamps. They had can lights with a switch on each side of the bed. The lights were blinding .
