The swimming pool was the best amenities
The hotel was hot throughout building no carpet in the room making the floor wet from swimming.most of hotel is old outdated and hot run down also..didn’t stay overnight due to being uncomfortable

We arrived so late in the morning we didn't get to partake of the continental breakfast, but coffee was available 24/7. Traveling for a business seminar, so really didn't spend much time at the hotel or have time to enjoy the amenities such as the pool, but it looked very well kept. Staff was excellent, super friendly

Room was comfortable and not far from Kings Island.
Asked for a non-smoking room and could tell someone definitely did.
The room next to me had a dog that was barking all night and heard sirens and police in the hallway did not sleep well :(

There were a few cleaning issues. But nothing that would stop me from staying there again.

didn’t like the fact that they had “regulars” who were smoking weed in the room right next to mine when I chose non smoking. The regulars were also allowed to have music blaring the whole time as well. not to mention the lady at the check in counter was answering the phone in-front and calling them “sexy”

Floor seemed dirty and had some debris. I had a towel that was stained. Maybe it was clean but thought it odd you wouldn’t just throw out a stained towel if you couldn’t get it out. I had a smoke free room but I could smell smokers from the other rooms near by.

the beds were very hard and made loud noises went rolling over in bed. hair was in shower. bedside table had something sticky on them.
